Why am I so angry and bitter all the time? Its like I'm so jaded that nothing matters and the only emotions I feel are anger and hate. It affects every relationship I have and I don't know how to be a beter person and not such asn @ss.

It is the only emotion you are comfortable with expressing. You learned it was ok to express anger, but not other emotions. If you learn that most of life 99% is out of your control, you will lose some anger.

I know how you feel. It's a lot of work for me to be nice and sweet to people...

I somewhat can relate. After many years of therapy for my disorder I am just now learning to deal with it completely. You seem like a complex individual stuck in a situation that you're very dissatisfied with. Every individual's path is their own let me state this first. Now I will give you some advice. If you do not accept that is fine, but always listen to advice. Take from it whatever you need and discard the rest my friend. You seem like a very intelligent individual. You're posting style, and not afraid to express your emotions. This is a sign of intelligence. I know you may not be the best person in the world, but you have many things to give to your life and others. Just find a passion and go with it. No matter what anyone says. Not your family, friends, religion, etc... Not even yourself! People whom are non-content usually have a specific purpose, but they hide from doing it. It could be something so simple as being a great rose gardener or something so brilliant as being the next Plato. I think you already know what your are supposed to be. Just harness that angry and turn it into what you're intended to be.

exactly! But I think you might be a little self centered right now too. Don't take that as mean. I didn't intend it that way. It's human nature to be selfish. And what I mean is that when all you think about it your problems, you are focusing on yourself way too much. You need to take a look at the world around you. Some of it sucks. Find some way to make the world a little better for someone. Little things, whatever you can do to help someone else. Just keep at it, and before you know it you will be a much happier person. It takes the focus off of your problems and makes you feel good about yourself.

I have always thought of people that express there anger, especially the violent ones show a sign of weakness. I prefer to stay calm and level headed, wile others blow there top

There is nothing wrong with a good ass whipping as long as the right ass gets whipped. By your spelling I am guessing you already tryed the smoke more grass idea

I think your wrong, I see no spelling errors. However your grammar and punctuation are nonexistent. studies show marijuana does not kill brain cells, but dulls them wile under the influence. after the affects have worn off, the mind springs back. i see nothing wrong with marijuana use, as long as your responsible.

he's referring to the fact that "there" should be spelled "their" in this sentence, and there should be a comma after violence.
That said, I tend to agree. Although I'm not sure that it's always weakness, sometimes it's just that they don't know how to express their feelings properly.

And "wile" is spelled "while." And in this sentance "your" should be "you're."

Well, I have to agree with the original sentiment about anger issues. I feel the exact same way sometimes. For the most part I've controlled my disappointments as just normal events in life. But I also think that my reactions could have been better at times.
I also think that , with age, mercifully, comes a little wisdom, and fewer episodes of wiseass comments by me would be dearly welcomed by folks who know me.
They're= they are
Their= belongs to them... Their car
Btw, my spelling and punctuation is ALL correct blotches, and I've been doing the same thing typical redneck mentioned. All day.

It's strange I can take criticism from woman wholeheartedly, but when it comes from a man I tend to debate them. I wonder why this is?
