Try Lincolnshire apartments if you're needing a place right away. I heard the wait isn't that long.

She's from Sacramento. I'm sure she has seen real projects. Rolling heights isn't projects at all! No bars on windows or cars on blocks, they even have landscaping and decent playgrounds. People here need to get out and see the rest of world.

I have seen some bad projects and decent projects. I understand rolling heights is projects. I was just wondering if they take everyone good and bad just to get the money. I don't want a place where my neighbor cooked be cooking or growing whatever you know what I mean.

Projects of Owensboro. She was making it sound like she thought it was an apartment complex. I have been out of this town. Thanks. I have seen many places much worse.

I lived in rolling heights for years until I graduated college and I never had one problem there. The apartments are nice and the neighbors are (most the time) not trashy people. They do have a process when accepting applications too. They don't let just anyone live there. The office staff is not nosey like they are at Pennbrooke or whatever it's called now. Rolling heights is a great place to live till you can get in your feet.

Thanks that's reassuring. I need a safe place for my kids and myself. And I hope I am not there long. I dream of owning a home.

I've seen some get stabbed, fights, and people steal right off your front porch.
