Has anyone been there or had any luck with them? What type of program do they offer? Is it just like the weight watchers program?
no way

They will want to prescribe you weight loss pills which later will turn out dangerous and cause you problems. They have been around a few years and I have never heard a success story from them.

Also stay away from InshapeMD on Hwy 54. It's in the same building as Enclave Family Healthcare. Dr. Jones just wants to charge you for every type of blood test to milk your pocket book.***WARNING**** He has repeatly done this blood test milking becuase it's his only way to make money. He will then prescribe you HCG. As soon as you go back to eating like a normal human you will gain the weight back and then extra.

What does the hcg do? What kind of diet do you have to eat with that?
ACE works

For $1-$2 a day, you can lose weight, without having to file insurance or pay a doctor! ACE is a dietary supplement which also gives you energy to burn the excess fat that you are wanting to get rid of. It also helps to curb your appetite, so you don't over eat. You still eat, just less! Also, it is 100% all natural! NO additives or sugars or carbs or anything like that!

No, it works after that too, if you don't start pigging out again! Part of ACE is building the mentality of knowing what is good and bad to eat! On ACE, you can still snack on chocolate, but when you start seeing results, and making progress of losing weight, do you really WANT to snack on those fattening foods? ACE is as successful as YOU make it...100% up to you...it isn't a miracle pill, but a "supplement" to help you NOT over eat, help you have energy to get up and walk and be active (which burns that extra fat and weight)!
ANY and EVERY diet is a matter of your personal willpower (ACE just makes it easier)....
And especially when you reach your goal and stop the dieting...it is still up to you to maintain your weight loss. Reaching your goal does NOT mean you have the all's clear to pig out and eat any and everything you want. It is all common sense.

its like 175 the first visit and 150 each additional. They prescribe phentermine from that little pharmacy on byers. I went for 1 month only and it was a joke. If you are just after the pills then see a doc or nurse at bluegrass internal medicine. They monitor you monthly and insurance will pay the visit and krogers has the phentermine for 19 bucks. Dont waste your money. I can tell you that whatever manufacturer the pharmacy on byers gets their phentermine from is not as potent as the one kroger uses. Phentermine is safe to use but should be under the care of a doctor.

ACE is a joke. Everyone here in the office took it for about 3 months. We had the same results as the previous months by walking and eating healthy without the ACE. None of us continued with the ACE because we saw no added benefit. Sure there are a ton of success stories but those people also drastically changed their lifestyle which is the real cause of their weightloss. ACE is for suckers.

You have to eat a 500 calorie diet while taking the HCG. The FDA has banned the homeopathic HCG but the shots you can still get through a doctor. The diet, though, is not just eating 500 calories, it is 500 calories of certain foods. All low fat meats, only 3 fruit options, only certain vegetables, & 3.5 oz. of meat two times a day. Oh, you can't touch oils, wear makeup that isn't oil-free, use deodorant that has oils in it, or use lotions while you're on the diet.

Once you get through that hellish phase, you still can't have carbs or sugars for 3 more weeks after you stop the HCG. Then you have to carefully add back in the old foods one at a time, to see what causes a gain.

I don't know about you but I can think of 100 other ways that I would rather lose the same 20 lbs. people average losing in one round of the HCG diet.

There is no magic pill or program. Just eat healthier. Less McDonald's more home cooked meals. Even if its just a pb&j sandwich. It's better than fries from McDonald's!!

Yeah, that's what everyone says. The thing is, though, that the 500 calories you take in every day is what you exist on. The HCG helps mobilize your abnormal fat so the calories being burned are from your fat stores, not from what you're eating. Men tend to burn off 2000 calories a day of their fat stores (1 lb.), while women lose about 1/2 lb. a day.

My best friend tried this diet & I thought it sounded horrible...I didn't think she needed the HCG to do it so I did a 500 calorie/day diet at the same time she started. Not the protocol, though...just eating 500 calories of food a day. She blew my losses out of the water but she was stuck on the stupid diet whereas, I was starving & gave it up after a few days. You can't exist on that low calorie of a diet if you are hungry but the HCG has an appetite suppressant in it.

Not long after that, I learned how to cleanse my diet of a lot of junk & I lost 35 lbs. that way.

The truth is, there is no magic pill, no magic drug...nothing you can do to make the fat go away and stay away forever. If you want to lose the weight & keep it off, you have to change what you eat and how much of it you eat FOREVER. Go back to proteins, fruits, veggies, and cut out as much artificial sugar and carbohydrates as you possibly can. Your body does not need that junk & will never metabolize it as well as the foods that come from the ground & the trees and the animals that God gave us for food. The less processed the food is, the better it is for your body, the easier it will be for your body to digest, the better your body will function, the healthier you'll be.

-The first visit is only I think 130 and then its only 80 bucks a month after that && yes it really does work if u stick to the 1200 calorie diet and exercise like you are suppose to && of course even after u quit going u will have to continue these habits or you will gain the weight back.

thats not the correct pricing unless you have been really recently. I went about 6 months ago and the prices i quoted were what i was told and I did pay 175 for the first visit. I was not given a 1200 calorie diet either. I also did not say it didnt work I said it was a waste of money. I am going to a my regular doctor and getting the same meds and its covered by insurance and only 19 for meds. I also said the pharmacy they use does not seem to get their medicine from a good manufacturer because the meds were not as potent it seemed.
