Instead of having people in the cold at Walmart or Kroger asking for donations why don't you do a house raffle like Owensboro Catholic School does? It would generate a lot more $

That's exactly correct. Do you know how many people will buy $100 tickets to win a house!

I would even pay $1000 a ticket

I think if its set a 100 more people are able to afford a ticket, rather than 1000

I rather see the $1000 price tag. I think the paper read Owensboro Catholic Schools sold 4000 tickets or planned to sell 4000 at 100 each. I rather have a 1 in 400 chance than a 1 in 4000 chance.

Don't know of any right now doing a raffle - you might mention this to any charities you know.

You could always just cook up some meth, and sell it for your fundraiser.
