Needing some ideas on supplements. I take beta-alanine and amplified creatine right now.

Myoplex and lean body are good post workout drinks. Depending on what you are wanting

I've heard about myoplex. Also was looking at jacked and N.O. Explode. Just tryin to drop some trunk fat and put on muscle in chest shoulders arms and back. 6'2" 211. I'd like to get down to 185-190. I guess running would help drop weight. Just need somethin that helps put muscle on. Thanks for the info.

Either way.

I like the powders better. It's a pre supplement that accuallty tastes like a drink n not a bottle of lighter fluid. Plus gives you good pumps.
just sayin

Prosource.net is the best place to go to get supplements. Almost everything is 1/2 price

I'll have to check it out. Never heard of the place. Always assumed GNC was the only place in town. Appreciate it.

I work out six times a week and have steadily for about a year now. i have tried a wide variety of preworkouts and i think probably the best ive tried is the C4 stuff. some of them have made me feel sick or often have a terrible crash afterwards but the C4 stuff didnt give me any sideaffects. hope it helps and goodluck

Jack3D is killer of you want to hit it hard for an hour, crazy muscle endurance and big pump. It makes my skin tingle, pretty intense stuff bit only good for an hour. Just drink some protein post workout.....I like amp cuz its good as the rest without the price tag. Diet is key to get rid of fat around the core, no supplement will do that for u, gotta get that cardio in son.

Keep your rest time between sets at a maximum of 60 - 90 seconds. Keeps the heart rate up....I do plyometrics in between sets, rips u up right there. Heart rate between 100 - 120 for the average joe for the workout.. if you got some cardio experience more like 120-150, but to do that in a circuit, you would have to do a lot of core explosive movements and use major muscle groups together. If you don't wanna run, don't. Just monitor your heart rate, do some plyometrics. Keep it at about an hour, no more than that.
