I heard she got 7 years, but she could get out in 30 to 90 days. What's up with that?

I don't know her but if she can get "shock" probation it is very well possible she may get out in 30 to 90 days. It depends on the case, her priors, letters sent to the judge and her lawyer.

Oh ok I didn't know how all that worked. I was in the court room last week when they sentenced her, and now I hear this, so I guess ya never know
