Owensboro is on the move, We got a Riverfront you won't believe. Owensboro is gonna boom. New events center-Two new hotels. New texas gas building Downtown. Condos being built-Soon owensboro will be great AGAIN

Yes, you might as well go on. But where? Even if you go on to Evansville, there's not really all that much there either. Maybe St Louis?

Owensboro is not big enough to support a thriving downtown, south frederica and highway 54 growth. People live and work on east side, west side, and south side. You will never get downtown back to where it was in the 60's. It's great that it is being re-newed. It looks awesome. But the city needs to stop and let private enterprise take over. And NO, that hasn't hsppened. The city giving sweetheart deals to Malcolm, and other rich guys is not private. You don't see the city helping other developers do you? They ate still developing downtown, and spending our tax dollars.

I would love to see a big awesome classy nighclub if uve been to 4th streetlive inlouisville those r the kind of clubs im talking about especially when cheetas and lucky strike where there have been in a few years but it was awesome
