Stop taking so much hydroxycut and vodka. Abortion pills mess with your hormones too.

Melatonin can help get you back on a good sleep schedule. Also try valerian tea or capsules. Those work best for me, other stuff tends to make me cranky the next day. I think Celestial Seasons Sleepy Time tea has valerian in it and you can find it in just about any grocery store. You don't want to take that stuff for too long, but for a week or so it's fine.

Also make sure its really dark when you go to bed if possible so your body will make its own melatonin and don't eat close to bedtime or drink caffine about 3 hours before bedtime or exercise before you go to bed.

I have similar issues. Try meditating before going to bed. It helps me a lot, not all the time but often. My mind keeps working and I can't sleep. If you can relax and clear your mind your sleep can improve.

I tried melatonin for a while but it gave me crazy dreams. When the dreams woke me up, I couldn't go back to sleep. ZZZQuil is what I use now. It works really well for me. I wake up easily when the alarm goes off and i don't feel drugged or drowsy the next day. Just thought I would throw my two cents in.

Yes. But to me, it works different. Maybe it gets into my system faster and better. Benadryl doesn't make me sleepy.
