They wouldn't be so busy if they didn't try and hide all those illegals under their vestments. God, give me strength. I say prayers directly to my Higher Power now. I don't have to confess all my terrible sins anymore, you like, I argued with my husband yesterday, or I had mean thoughts about my neighbor's unmowed lawn or any of the major sins a mainstream housewife has to confess. They go direct now, not thru a human, that gives me the same ole' chastisments and tell me to say 10 Hail Mary's and Our Fathers, tells me to go and "sin no more". The very same human that condones the invasion of our Nation by illegals, aides and abeits them and generally commits treason against this nation and it's legal citizens. Geesh, wonder what his confession must sound like. Guess it doesn't do any good for his confessor to tell him to "sin no more", cause it just isn't going to happen, not now not ever. FIGHT BACK!! SAY NO TO AMNESTY!!

It happens in every church, not just catholic. I remember about 8 years ago when a man who was a youth minister, elder at his church in Nashville was arrested by Opd and the FBI for using the Internet to solicit an Owensboro youth for sex. It happens in every religion, not just catholic

..... Are priests born in non-USA countries better persons? When they tell people "Sin no more" do those people really and truly never sin anymore?
Compare the teachings of Catholics with the teachings of Jesus and reject everything that was not required by Jesus. He never celebrated, nor attended a mass.

Wow! You're very myopic. You sound like a catholic apologist. You know of course that the catholic church has murdered, pillaged and raped children for the last nineteen hundred years. Would you want to be a part of a country club with that kind of history.

The Vatican and catholic church officials had laws within the church not to turn in the child molesting priest and to cover up. It went on for about 50 years. I am a survivor of sexual abuse by a catholic priest. And it pisses me off when people say other churches do it too. It doesn't matter what religion it's wrong. But I will never support a religious community that had laws to protect a child molester just because he was a priest. Research the facts.

You truly are an idiot. Jesus never attended mass because he was a Jew, you buffoon. When a priest in a confessional tells a person to, "Go and sin no more". He means for that person to go out into the world with the INTENT not to sin anymore. Would it make more since for him to say, " Go sin some more"? You must have the IQ of a billy goat.

Apparently you don't know your Protestant history very well, do you? Ever heard of the KU KLUX KLAN. Should I go though the rapes and murders of these WASP members for you? Mostly comprised of Lutherans, Baptists, etc..In comparison with other Protestant organizations, the Catholic Church is the oldest Christian church in the world, starting in 33 AD. 400 to 500 years older then the New Testament itself. Compiled with the fact that there's about 1 billion members today, I think there's going to be more errors in a church of 1 billion as opposed to a church of 500 thousand. Having survived the dark ages, and a handful of heretic Popes that the church to this day will even admit were horrible at their job, I think the church isn't doing half bad for itself considering almost 1 out of every 6 people on Earth is a member.

All I've heard so far is, "had laws". What laws are you referring to? Lay it on the line and tell us EXACTLY what laws you are referring to please.

What do you care anyway?? You call yourself nOgOd. If there is no God, why should anyone care if child molesters are on the prowl?? There would be no need of a moral compass if there was no God. Who would say, or could say that child molesting was evil? How would evil be measured without good, and how could there be good without God??. Are not man's laws based on God's justice? Without God, child molesting could be deemed no more negative then drinking a cup of coffee. Without Good and Evil, there is no right or wrong. The mere fact of knowing right from wrong is proof that there is a God. You speak with a fork tongue.

I was ONLY speaking with this other person about the catholic church. I really don't care about the catholic church or the other cults in the world or their murderous, child-raping histories.I find anyone who would align themselves with any of these superstitious fairy-tales quite deficient in the rationalization department.

It is morons like you that make this world a raunchy place to live for us moralists who actually care about society and the treacherous evil that is religion. Especially the catholic church. So you take your so-called moral compass and shove it! I am so tired of you catholic apologists sticking up for this child-raping, murderous cult. You [email protected] are a sick bunch!

Yeah, you're such a moralist dropping the F bomb aren't you? I wonder how many child rapists and murders in prison don't get their Sunday dose of Bible preaching. Those non church goers in prison are all innocent right? Riiiiggght. If we could just get rid of all the churches in the world, Earth would be such a better place wouldn't it? Yeah, keep drinking the Kool Aid. You're obviously a member of the cult e godlessness. You're bitter on life, so you have to put everyone around you down so you feel better about yourself. That's why you use the name noGOd. You want to force your cult of godlessness upon everyone because you're so down on life in general. It doesn't get any better from here on out buddy. Wait until you get older and your body starts breaking down, your family and friends start dying off, or your love life goes to hell. I bet on your death bed you won't be Mr.topix atheist tough guy anymore. I believe in Jesus Christ. I have everything to gain and nothing to lose. If Im right, I win. If Im wrong, I'll just be dead like everyone else so it won't matter. You have everything to lose. If you're right, nobody really wins anyway, if you're wrong, you're screwed because you denied Christ. You'd better be good at gambling.

[email protected] off! It's the self-righteous, supersitious morons like you that peddle this bull$#!+ that are the problem. You want everybody to buy into these myths and fairy-tales because your kind can't cope in the real world. Your kind give false information and cite fictitious stats just so you can be in the club. There is not one iota of fact in any of this religious nonsense.
By the way,the majority of prisoners in the U.S. are of some religious belief. Another one of your mistakes.
There are no gods, no devils, no souls, no ghosts and no monsters under beds. GROW UP and stop acting like a frightened child.
