Actually, that credit goes to the Republican Congress who are owned by those wealthy folks and always vote to allow the robber barons to maintain their lofty status.

Obama enjoyed two years of Democrat majority in both houses and continues to have a majority in the Senate, meanwhile the rich get richer and the middle-class are being brought down closer to poverty. This will be Obamas legacy, he owns it.

Meanwhile, Obama's campaign was funded partly by Goldman Sachs, as well as Romney.
Also, I find it ironic that things Obama is most applauded for, are the things we couldn't stand about Bush.
We hated Bush and his policy of foreign intervention, but applauded Obama for killing Bin Laden and murdering his family. We were vocal when Bush and his cabinet passed the Patriot Act, but were silent with Obama's NDAA 2012, and CISPA. In fact, now there's nothing to worry about. Tyranny is only a hypothetical, could never happen in our lifetimes. We were angry when we heard about the torture being conducted at Guatanamo Bay when Bush was in office, yet now we support the inhumane and unethical treatment of the enemies in our war. We're giving away our liberties for a temporary security because we've been hypnotized by the facade of "hope 'n change."

We the sheeple. Thats you, big package. And I would mop the ground with your stupid smart ass, if i felt that it was worth it. and I assure you, I know how to use grammar. I just made a simple mistake, as you have in disagreeing with plain to see facts. AND WORKING FOR... AS IN I AM A CONTRACTOR HIRED TO DO JOBS FOR BUILDERS AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR. You are a perfect example of whats wrong with America. Follow your government who has more control over our every day lives than was ever intended. America wasn't supposed to have a government who makes every decision for it's people. The government taxes businesses so heavily, that it is nearly impossible to be an entrepreneur. BIG BUSINESS RUNS EVERYTHING. Why should a few people get excessively rich, and everyone else make 8 bucks an hour? In the past, America was a better place, without so much government control. The freedom to operate and provide for one another, without excessive government interference is necessary to America. You, my friend are ignorant. Just remember, military is here to protect america, and the constitution. If you don't see that Obama uses what ever means necessary to fit his agenda, then you are the one who is close minded. For example, THERE wasn't an AR-15 used in the school shooting, and, as you SHOULD know, an ar-15 isn't an assault rifle any way. Fully automatic weapons are assault rifles, not a semi automatic rifle that holds more ammo. If you weren't brainwashed you'd find out that Obama should not even be eligible to be our president of the united states. Hopefully, you will start seeing things as they are someday. All of our products come from other countries. Were draining our own economy dry by sending all our money to other people. Using a grammatical error to discredit my statement was a very immature cheap shot. Do you need that to make your self feel smarter? BTW some of the greatest minds in American history lacked a formal education. College doesn't make people smart, or successful. The person does.
Do YOU understand the appropriate usage of the word, only? Stop correcting other people's grammar, dumb ass, when yours is incorrect as well.

From the last report I saw, 45% of the country approved him. And I bet even that number is higher then it actually is. And it continues to fall.

Speaking of getting all the facts before you post, did you notice that his comment was made 10 months ago, and did you check and see what his approval ratings were then (shortly after being reelected by a large margin)? You might be well served to follow your own advice.:)

You might look less a fool if you'd check how old the threads you dig up are. You're into approval numbers, huh? What's the approval number of the Republican party?

The president is shady. How many times can a person turn on his word? It's no wonder his approval ratings have plummeted. Even the media can't make him look good.

I know you're a dumbass. Look around the forum. Lot's of Owensboro posters have proxies going through the Birmingham, AL location. You're just as clueless as you are about the makeup of the voters economic statuses. But, please, feel free to continue you spout your mindless, fact free sour grapes talking points to show your ignorance.

He didn't get elected based on majority voters; he got elected based on electoral votes!
I would say this even had my favorite candidate had won, but in all honesty, they should do away with electoral votes. It should be completely based on what the voters decide. In this case, Obama would have lost, but even if he had won but didn't because president because of electoral votes, I would still say he should have gotten in, if that's what the voters decided.
When Hillary was running against Obama, my mother couldn't stand him. Now she supports him 100%, b/c she's die-hard democrat. She's blind to everything he's doing.

You are a liar. Obama won the popular AND electoral votes in both presidential elections. I'm sorry that you're still so bitter over the election it has separated you from reality.
