They had a problem and they took care of it, so why is it a big deal? If there was a cover up the problem would still be there.

people in colorado probably don't. But as you should know by now, the location listed under you name on topix is not the location where the person lives, its where their computer routes through for the internet.

When people say it was just her personal stress and issues then WHY would Ron Payne specifically say it would have negative effects on this town and statewide?

Because it would set up any employee to have their records picked apart by anyone .. U work in the public sector and ur personal and work info would be open for anyone to splash on topix, facebook, myspace, youtube, etc etc ... Would u want that??? Sure would sell papers tho wouldnt?!?!?

Now it turns out that the stand off that ended in the arrest of two Henderson men for burglary and attempted murder took place at Marian Cosgrove's house. Why did these two convicted felons flee to her house? What is her involvement?

Still think the public has no right to know what her full background is?

He is a good guy, and a good cop. The incident with his son was a case of him acting as a father, not a cop. He took the gun away from his son, who was acting like a rebellious fool at the time, and put it up so he couldn't hurt himself or anyone else with it. The gun was not involved in any crime.

When his son was later arrested for shoving a state trooper, still being a rebellious fool, he told them about the gun, because he was angry at his dad. I'm sure now that he's older, he regrets it.

Cops are still fathers, and fathers sometimes act in desperation to protect their kids. I think they call that being a good father.

I am sure those guys are friends of her oldest daughter, that has been nothing but trouble for many years. That is the kind of friends she likes to run with....no telling what all she has done. I am sure Marian was unaware they were there.

She rented the house for get daughter and another girl to live in with their kids. Her daughter is the one who got tied up with the two guys that robbed and shot at the guy on surrey. Marian is a great woman but her daughter keeps acting a damn fool and causing this stress on her mom.

No father with any semblance of a heart would do anything to jam up his child. He would go out of his way to prevent trouble for his son. That's all Mike did. He was thinking like a father. Take that big stick out of your eye before you go picking at specks in the eyes of others. You couldnt carry Michael Walker's underwear.
