I have a professional steamer I use to steam my clothes. It has a smell when it's on. Not musty just yuck. Is there anything I can do to take smell out of steam. I've tried vinegar and bleach. Neither worked

That's weird. Steam shouldn't smell bad at all. If it smells kind of burnt maybe its getting too hot, but if it smells like stagnant water its probably holding water somewhere. Might try having it checked out somewhere. Idk who would do that stuff though. Maybe try using distilled bottled water and see if that helps. Maybe it's something in your tap water?

I've tried distilled water also. It smelt like that from the beginning. Kinda like a " new" smell that never went away.
