I will never do business there again. They did a real number on my phone. And then said I was out of luck when they messed it up worse than it was when I took it in.

My stepdaughter wanted a different phone so I bought her one there. We got it home and it wouldn't read her SIM card. Took it back and traded it for another one. Checked that one in the parking lot before we left. Good thing too because that one wouldn't read her SIM card either. Traded it for a 3rd one. That one actually worked for a few days then the camera button quit working. Back we go again. He fixed the camera button for her. A couple of days later it fell off the coffee table onto the carpet and came apart. Evidently he has no idea what screws are for (other than screwing the customer). At that point I decided to just take a loss on it as it was no longer worth my time or travel.

lets be real here. a headset isn't worth anything once its been on your head. gamestop would have offered you 7 dollars. as for the phone that fell off the coffee table, why did you not voice your concerns to us in person instead of here(also, most stories with that much detail are not always accurate). prices are usually per person as people have different issues. we fix almost anything so I am sorry if we don't have set prices for your water damaged burner drug phone. pothead?, not even worth a response. as for the ipod that was dropped and broken. he rubber gasket had turned in junk. it was corroded and I did glue a new screen to the bracket(which is how it is done)and did not charge you for it. your business is appreciated, but not worth all this. if you believe we don't do a good job we apologize and wish you well with your future issues whether it be with us or digital doc.

I call bs on that. I had you work on an ipod thats on/off button was stuck and specificly told the guy at the counter to not open it if you couldn't put it back together without any problems. That it worked and a button wasn't a big deal. Instead, I picked up the ipod and was told you couldn't fix it, but did open it up. When I looked at it, it had gaps around the casing and screen. And the home button doesn't work all the time and sticks now. Neither were wrong when it was dropped off. When I asked why it was like this I was told I would have to pay $50 to put a new screen on it. Thats crazy. Why would you think I would pay to put a new screen on it. So I cut my losses and left with an ipod that was in worse condition then when I brought it in. So no, it wasn't dropped and broken and no you did not put a new screen on it. You took it apart and messed it up and wouldn't make good on your screw up. Super glue is a terrible way to cover up your mistake.

I honestly think you're an effing idiot. Obviously, because you work for for that stupid company. Um for one, I know the type of headphones the guy was talking about. They're the wireless ones that go OVER YOUR EARS, not the f'n ear PIECE that's only less then $40. How the f--k can a headset not be worth anything once it's been on your head? Honestly? It's not like you get earwax on the speakers or anything, especially if you have good hygiene and wash regularly. And you would know how much gamestop would give because you and most (if not all of) your goons used to work for them you tool! Gamestop were always out to rip off the consumer, pay $60 for a game that's less than a month old, turn around and sell it for less than a third of what you paid for it. It's all a big racket if you ask me. But back to the subject, Inspector Gadgets are just a bunch of dorks who think they know how to fix everything. I'd rather send it back to the company it came from where a PROFESSIONAL would fix it. Yeah, I might pay out the @$$ but I know it'd be fixed

Let's see. The first phone we bought was a ZTE that more or less looked like a Blackberry. That's the one she really wanted. That's the first one that wouldn't read her SIM card. You took it in the back and busted it up. You let her trade it for a Samsung slider. That one wouldn't read the SIM card either. You busted that one up too. You really wasn't happy when you let her trade it for yet a third one. That's the one that the camera button broke on and you supposedly fixed it for her until it fell off the coffee table and came apart. I'm the one who told you that if you would check the phones that people trade in you wouldn't have so many returns. You tend to have a bad attitude at times. It wouldn't have done any good to voice my concerns because the 7 days were up and even if they weren't, we would have only got another broken phone given your track record at that point. I can't speak for anyone else but I'll never be back again and you won't get a good recommendation from me to anyone.

I guess I know why now they sell 360's and PS3's for dirt cheap. They buy them broken, super glue (or elmer's glue) them together and call them fixed. The End...Happy Birthday.
Digital Doc

Like several of my friends our children have iPods, iPhones, etc. Because of this I have became familiar with Digital Doc. It's where the old AT&T use to be on Frederica St. I have been there a few times and never had a complain. I've also referred them to several friends who used them and never had a complaint. I know it's $100 to replace the glass screen and $25 to unlock a device. Once I learned how to unlock one myself I thought $25 was a bit much but then I understand they do have to make money. They will be the only place I'll ever use. I've heard of this Inspector Gadgets and it would've had to rave rave reviews to deter me from Digital Doc but after reading all this I think I'll stay where I know the quality of work is good.
