Who do you call to get a neighbors piece of junk vehicle off the street that's been parked and hasn't moved forever and is taking up all the parking.

I'd say its taking up one spot not all the parking. Is it really that big of deal or are you just being an asshole? They probably don't have the money to fix it and your going to make it worse by getting it tow'd. How very Neighborly of you.

That's a big ole vehicle if it's taking up ALL the parking! Have you tried talking to your neighbor?

Dude. Everyone that gets pissed off about something feels that it's justified.

The other poster and I simply pointed out that unless it's in pieces laying everywhere, or parked across the entrance to a lot, it's not physically possible for it to be taking up ALL the parking.

Good luck with either getting over it, or getting rid of it.

Spaceman, don't worry about earthlings' parking. Just go into a parking orbit.

Wait for Monday, call your courthouse. I guess county clerk or something. They'll tell you.

I guess you could call the non-emergency police number. May make them wonder why you need so much parking that you're griping about one car, though. Lots of parties? Lots of cars coming and going?

Unless they are on your property, there is nothing you can do. Streets are private property.

Th police. A vehicle parked on the street for more than 72 hrs that doesn't move, is considered abandoned. The police will come and warn or ticket the vehicle. They will have to move it. However it is considered moved if they only turn the car around. It may be easier if you just talk to your neighbor about the problem.

If it blocks the view of a neighbor when backing out it could be considered a problem I know if a car is parked on the street in front of my house I cant see when backing up the bigger the vehicle the bigger the blind spot I have almost back in to a car because a van was parked there I couldnt see if any one was coming and that is a problem you wanna take a chance in backing into a car or even a child go ahead I wouldnt call the cops but I would try to talk to the owner and explain the situation and see if maybe we could come up with a solution

Parking at the end of another's driveway and blocking their view is illegal and the police will tell them to move it.
