Okay so I'm not scared to put this on here, Emily is a family member of mine. A smart, talented, beautiful young woman who got caught up with the wrong people, and drugs has cost her so much in her life, until you've walked a mile in her shoes dont talk about it nor should you judge her. Although, your so perfect but you cant say this to her face! The only reason this made the news is because of who her husband is, a police officer who wasnt even in the state of kentucky when this took place. He had no knowledge of this...also there was NO meth lab in her house...does she look like she knows how to cook dope? All the materials were there but she hadnt been home in a couple of days and had no knowledge of this stuff, regardless yes she made some really bad choices but none of them would have been made had it not been for meth. She has realized everything she has done and has to deal with this EVERYday and has been in pure hell for the pain she has caused herself and the people that love her. How many dopeheads do you know??? Well there everywhere she just got caught...thank god for that it took getting arrested to make her realize she had a huge problem in which she needed help with. She is far from perfect, and I'm not asking anyone to pity her bc she certainly doesnt pity herself but dont talk about something you have no idea about...but if so in the long run you have god to answer to just as she does. I am very proud of Emily, only her family knows how good she is doing considering what has happened, she is trying to get her life back of track. She has been through ALOT before this even happened...so back off. My prayers and heart go out to her family and that she recovers from this, she is an extremely strong person. For those people who were living and or hanging out with her...your day is coming..you left all the dope "ingredients" in her house and got the hell out of dodge...where were you when she was in hand cuffs? When she needed a shoulder to cry on? When she admitted she had a drug problem and wouldn't help her seek the help she desired? Oh, thats right you were passing the pipe to her...or you left her on the bathroom floor when her pulse was 140..leaving her there to just about die. Oh and another thing dumbasses her name is Emily J. Youngman!!!!

Let's get this straight. I never posted anything until "Owensboro" tried blasting everyone because a news story showed up on a local forum. No, I don't know Emily. I only know what little facts were written and I'm not judging her. I was rebutting the previous posts from an ignorant citizen. Obviously you are a another one of those ignorant souls trying to blame everyone else. For you to insinuate that I was passing her a meth pipe is absurd and ridiculous. I hope Emily does get her life back together because this meth epidemic is serious and I'm sick of reading about it everyday. I'm not some uneducated asshole trying to argue on the web and I hope you now realize that. Good day, sir

Although this happened earlier in the year, I am just now finding out about what happened with Emily in the past week. I know Emily personally and it breaks my heart to hear about this. Yes, she made a bad choice but REGARDLESS, Emily is a real nice girl from a good family. You can't just throw someone away because they made a mistake. She is someone of worth. And I pray that this will only make her a stronger person. What's done is done. All she can do now is move forward. Surround herself with good people who have her best interest at heart. I hope only the best for her and all her family. She certainly deserves a second chance.

To be honest, No one should be taking up for her or blaming others for HER actions. She chose to cook dope, and do meth. "She got in with the wrong crowd, She's been through a lot in her life." It was her OWN PERSONAL DECISION. There are MILLIONS of people who have been through terrible things in their life, and their still standing on their own two feet. & As for her being around the wrong people? She wasn't a teenager, she was an adult, she should of knew who to be around with. IT's common sense. She might have family on here, but what if her METH LAB blew up and KILLED someone elses family? SMH!!!! Think about someone besides your own.

Shouldn't & I DO NOT feel bad for this girl.

Well let's see. All because her husband or whoever is a cop doesn't give her anymore of a right to cook. Or to have the lab in her house. And the only persons fault it would be If she died from hittin the pipe too much is her. No offense. My mother did it my mother got busted. But you are one ignorant asshole. if it was someone starting out not knowing how much is too much then thats a different story. Belies me I've been there the day I almost OD'd was the last day I did it. But maybe you should think before you speak. Stop blaming everyone else. If her husband is a cop wouldn't that put his career in jeopardy? The lab was at her house you don't have to be a damn brain surgeon to cook the sh*t you don't have to look like you know how to either. It was her choice to "LET" someone cook it in her home. It was her choice for her to "run with the wring people" stop bein stupid. You don't have to be a bad person to do dope. You don't have to be a good person either. You can be a holy roller, or anything to do it and cook it. But it's still wrong. It's completely stupid. I look back on what I did and ya know all bc she needed help where was mine? Because I needed help too but nobody helped me. So therefor after that night after almost killin myself I realized I had better things to live for and alot more to offer to other people than a ragged dope head. An FYI I didn't look like one either. I didn't get the places on my face and I didn't act crazy and doped out. I held my job down had my own place and no nobody cooked it in there I was actually too smart for that. You don't need help knowing you have a problem and wanting help.

I know of the guy who was with her thru all of the manufacturing. He's like 40 and missing teeth and looks like Joe Dirt's inbred uncle, and he claims to have been sleeping with her along with using her house to make it. So yeah this girl definitely has some problems. The guy got 10 years I believe.

I know Emily and she is doing great, she is a wonderful person and good friend. Yes, she made some bad choices in the past but everyone is not perfect so u shouldn't judge anyone. She regrets doing what she did and will never go back there, she has so much to fight for.

Got in with the wrong people...... that is the biggest copout there is. Nobody twists anybodys arm we all make our own decisions whether its right or wrong so don't make excuses for a bad decision but learn from the experience and move on best of luck to you
