Why? You don't have a problem with drones being used in our skies? Or extrajudicial murder?

Can someone answer my question. How is Rand a nut? Or are you one of those people who doesn't have a problem being monitored by your government?

Drones ARE coming back to America as they were designed to. There already is the legislation giving the government the power to kill any one suspected of aiding terrorist efforts, though what constitutes a terrorist is incredibly vague.

You have the right to privacy, the right to a fair trial, and the right of due process. Start taking your rights seriously.

None of those rights are in question. His action had nothing to do with balls and everything to do with grandstanding over an issue he himself exaggerated way out of proportion. He was even blasted by fellow Republicans because of his nutty antics.
Haha

One 16 year old American has already been murdered by our predator drones.
This is a serious matter that needs to be discussed.

I've always felt that speaking out against tyranny was one of our greatest freedoms but most of you would rather remain silent and comfortable. The Republican party is just as spineless and antiquated as the Democratic party, neither care about my right to privacy or a right to due process.

Name calling doesn't help make your point any more or less valid - it just makes you look childish.

I assume that the murder you're referring to was the son of the notorious US-born terrorist who was killed by a drone strike in the Middle East - not in the US. Although things like that are regrettable, more blame should be placed on the activities of his outlaw father than the process that was used to bring him to justice. If I was a known enemy of the State and knew I was wanted dead or alive, I'd probably make sure my teenage son wasn't around me to be collateral damage.

The issue here is that the drone strike can happen WITHOUT there being an imminent threat. And that my friends, is unconstitutional. Of course it should be ok WITH there being an imminent threat. But without rhyme or reason?

Yet the Republicans didn't care too much about Bush/Cheney sending thousands of our patriotic troops to their deaths in that ill planned Iraq war...without rhyme or reason.

They had what they thought was a reason. They were wrong.

He got bad information. And it wasn't a political party that gave him that information.

But I guess if you blame everything else on the Republicans, you might as well blame them for this too. You're as good as your president at the blame game, if not better.
Good point

Exactly. They even went as far as attempting to blame OBAMA for the Patriot Act, but that didn't last too long. However, these nuts need to get a grip. Corporations have been taking over the country, and taking our rights away. They're seriously worried about a drone? Why don't people worry more about the fact that BUSH had the ability to do the same thing years ago?
