I would favor an amendment barring Democrats and liberals from runnning for office. Why don't we vote on that ?

You should get a news source that actually gets the story right. At least getting the major players right would be good....

Actually, I made it a point to watch Piers Morgan tonite because he was interviewing Justice Scalia, and he has always been my FAV justice. I was a bit amused to discover that, based on what Scalia said during the interview, not only do I disagree with him on somt hings, but I'm actually MORE to the right than Scalia is. LOL.

(If you nominate me to SCOTUS, I will rule with an Iron Sceptre, but ALWAYS be Fair. And Balanced.:))

I like him alot but he has a tendency to give Obama a pass when Obama should not be getting it.

He is trying to get another interview with Obama.

The U.S. Constitution says what it means and means what it says, nothing more, and nothing less. It's a contract between the government and the American citizenry. And as such, it SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS a contract. Nothing more and nothing less. If you don't like what it says, or doesn't say, then CHANGE IT !

And yes, i HAVE studied U.S. Constitutional Law.

Minnesota republicans make it clear that they value holding law abiding citizens in bondage. Yup, let those towns that were under water fend for themselves bondage of law abiding citizens is more important. I also wonder why they are spending so much time on keeping LGBT citizens in bondage when in Minnesota there has been an increase in heterosexual single men bringing immigrant woman into the state and holding them as domestic slaves?
