Court hears arguments in Owatonna woman's lawsuit over generic drug labels

Again we have a situation where the reporting is lacking.
Federal laws require generic drugs to have the same labels as their brand name equivalents and then we have the statement:
She alleges that taking the drug gave her a severe neurological movement disorder, tardive dyskinesia, but none of the generic drug's manufacturers and distributors made any effort to include warnings on the label
Which is it? If Federal laws require the same labels on the drugs then how can they not have any labels as described in the statement from the person suing?
Hello, news reporter? What are we suppose to infer from this? Big bad business again? Is there no editors who read what is written and question the statements like this?
Apparently we are suppose to angry at big bad business again.
