Bingham is a lying moron. He will do anything, no matter how sleazy, unethical and illegal to win. The man has absolutely no integrity. He's Skeen's boy. He does whatever Jack Skeen tell him to. Bingham isn't smart enough to run the DA's office so Skeen still runs it. Anyone in Skeen's court doesn't have a judge. They have a prosecutor sitting on the bench. It's often said the constitution doesn't apply in Smith County. As long as the self-righteous hypocrits in that town keep electing criminals like Bingham and Skeen, that statement remains true.

I sincerely hope you rethink that statement. Putting aside the current case there is ample evidence that Bingham and Skeen are liars. Look into Skeen's history. If you do that and can still say he should be a remodel....there's truly something wrong with you. As DA Skeen lied, withheld evidence and did all sorts of illegal and unethical things. In one case he knowingly kept a man on death row for 22 years while allowing a man who committed a brutal rape and murder to roam ther streests of Tyler. I have personal knowledge of the fact that Bingham is dishonest. Its an established fact that Kemp lied under oath.

I sincerely hope you have not taught the children in your home that it is okay to lie and do the despicable things these men have done. I understand your feelings about the current case but even without considering the current case there is ample, document evidence that they are dishonest. Are you saing that dishonesty is something that makes someone a good role model?

I recently experienced Bingham's Smith County Justice. I filed a law suit against my ex-husband and to retaliate he hired an ex-employee to follow me and my workers for a year. He drove by my house 10 to 20 times a day, followed by workers, watched us with binoculars, poisoned my dog, killed a young foal in the barn by hitting it in the head with a hammer, tore down fence, etc. I put up cameras to catch him and they were either stolen of the camera cards taken out. Sheriff's department no help. Did nothing to
stop this man until January 2011 when he finally fired a gun off and threatened to kill me. Had a witness and took a photo of man with the gun. My ex hired criminal attorney Buck Files. Man's bond was set at $10,000 for aggravated assault with deadly weapon. This man had 5 prior arrests for assault and one animal cruelty charge. Yet Attorneys Sessions and Flanagan steered the jury away from the reason the man was up on charges and concentrated on trying to make me look like I was making it all up to get even with my ex-husband. Also questioned me about my witness who was a worker and implied we were intimate. My worker is gay so this should not have been an issue. The man threatened to kill me and got off. Must have cost my ex-husband a pretty penny to pay for lawyers in this case and during my divorce. How do we get the word out???? There is any justice in Smith County????
