No the city will not let the engines idle to save money and gas. But we will spend 100s of 1000 of dollars on blue pringles at 119th and Metcalf or some weird thing at 103rd and Metcalf. Not to mention the 1000s of dollars spent on art in the cities buildings. I guess local artists are no good enough. Excellent plan.
