He let North County Labor's thugs run his campaign and now they are running the Mayor. He is running the city into a ditch we'll never get out of.

Mayor Schneider is as hard headed, unwise and ignorant as his predecessor. Just like Lowery, his salary as Mayor is outrageous when compared to his abilities.

Amen to the above. He is as bad or worse as Lowery

Only a few comments, but I agree with all of them. I never thought I would say this, but we might have been better with Lowery!

Is there a curse on Florissant?
What are the odds of having two mayors in a row that are so unimpressive?
Maybe the curse is the same one the whole country suffers from, too many people that can't separate facts from fiction and let their beliefs and emotions guide them rather than using real reasoning.

Too many old people who want something for nothing like free bus rides, cheap parties, subsidized lunches, free tax preparation, kisses on their withered cheeks and all the other stuff they feel they must have as the supposed greatest generation. They need to get over themselves, can't wait till the last greedy one of them breathes their last breath.

The old folks are not a big enough voting block to win an election. You also need a bunch of other weak minded folks who don't think critically. I have neighbors and relatives here in Flomo who couldn't think their way past a simple math problem.

When only 20% of the registered voters, actually vote, yes, the AARP crowd is more than enough to elect those that promise everything and deliver half.

The current mayor is not the former mayor, not even close. He is much weaker, has bliders on, can't see the big picture, is mean and vindictive, has poor tunnel vision, and don't have a clue. Lowrey was much better, buy comparison, but, that isn't saying much.

What does it take for a recall anyway? Its not like he won by any type of clear majority of the voters, more people voted against him than for him.

When you speak of leadership, what qualities are lacking in our present Mayor? What qualities do you want him to have? I'm just asking so please no peanuts and lightbulbs!

He operated an at home business selling packaged financial products and insurance. As far as I know, he is still doing this, but now from the mayors office, pretty good leverage. He has never managed any people or supervised groups of people, lacks personal and HR skills. Has very few employee or dept head meetings. Stays in his office most of the time does not mingle. Is a mean spirited person and either you are with him or he is against you. No compromise, lacks negotiating skills. Not much wow factor.

I think he is doing a great job. Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes from you no good niks. Too bad your candidate didn't win. Guess you can't get over it. Move out of you Momma's basement. Get on board with the Mayor and make this city great again. Time to re-up your anti depressants.

I quite happy with Mr Mayor. He much better than man before him. He serve his country. Previous man serve himself. Why so many people on this message board only like to speak hate? Seem this group of people like to talk smackie yackie because they sore loosers. Me laugh if he peed in your wonton.

Some of you think he is doing a great job. Please explain what he is doing that is so great.

I have seen and heard plenty talk about his lack of communication and his inflexible management style. I believe that based on his past record and my knowledge and experience.

Many believe he is still running his business. Does any one have any evidence?

Personally, I am disappointed with his performance. I have heard new complaints that he has been pressuring supporters of Dan Boyle to remove their yard signs. That is the same kind of nonsense that Lowery use to pull. He has been changing some signage put not doing anything to actually make the city look like we have some real "thinkers" in charge. It just looks like more Lowery to me.
