Now that the legislative body has the solutions for the DWI OFFENDERS will they include that the offenders CANNOT ATTEND ANY PUBLIC EVENT THAT HAS ALCOHOL? CANNOT VISIT ANY STORE THAT SELLS ALCOHOL?
Are we going to have pick and choose laws depending who the offender is?

Gee, if they can't drive, and the closest store withing miles is a Schnucks, Dierbergs, or major chain that sell alchohol, what are they going to eat, sticks and twigs? Get real.

ALL DWI's need to be heard in State Court. NO plea bargains, NO expungment of DWI records! The fines for DWI in Mo. are some of the lowest in the nation-raise them. Make DWI so expensive, so inconvenient, so distasteful that NO one wants to risk it. Impairment starts at .01-so .08 is a VERY generous figure-so NO favortism!
My family will spend another sad Christmas remembering Christmas was the last time we saw 2 members of our family alive.(their killer was not jailed). Where would YOU want a DWI-in jail or weaving down the road at your or someone YOU will miss after they're slaughtered?
