The Chio Counsumers' Counsel ought to resign for taking away 800 million dollars in excess from Ohio tax payers. Their website claims that they represent 4.5residents of Ohio in a court of law. So far, they have not represented a single household in the court on any utility issue. This kind of wording is misleading. They hear complaints and forward it to the utility companies. Multitudes of non-profits in Ohio do just that without being paid by the utility companies.
