George Bush's fault. It was a setup. No car was actually seen striking the circuit. It happened on S.R. 46 about 7:45? Add up 4+6+7+4+5=26. What a coincident that 26 can be subtracted (6-2=4) to give you 4 which is today's date. Who is fooling who? We're on to it. And then 5, count them, 5 substations were affected and tomorrow is the FIFTH of May. Wow. Conspiracy!!
