Exactly what violent and criminal activity would that be? Or does viloent and criminal just look better next to "drug" because he had trace amounts of THC in his system when he was murdered?
The thug was in the act of attempted murder when his victim (THANKFULLY) put a slug in the SOB.

What more proof would anyone need?

He should have done this knowing his location , nature of the problem.
So what exactly are you saying? Trayvon martin had only seconds to live, and the cops were only minutes away, and T Martin should have dialed 911, curled up in a ball and let zimmerman kill him anyway?

Lofty assumptions on your part. These assumptions are based on what? FL law 776.012 does not require you to retreat, it does not require you to call 911, "the man" or anyone else. Effectively, your opinions and assumptions are moot.

We have the exact same amount of proof she is lying as you have of Zimmerman lying.

Read Martinís Twitter posts. Do you really think he was a little angel?
The right wing media? What are you smoking? The liberal media had Zimmerman convicted before the investigation completed. The liberal media falsified information provided to the public. The liberal media presented the 911 call in a way to make Zimmerman appear racist. The liberal media claimed Zimmerman said Ďfín coonsí during the 911 call. The liberal media continued to show a photo of Martin when he was younger and a photo doctored to make him appear more innocent looking.
Itís liberals such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson guilty of the race baiting. Race baiting is how those two make their living. Jackson initially stated Zimmerman shot Martin in the back of the head.
How exactly did the right wing media skew this case? Please be specific, show some examples. I bet you wonít. You never back any of your BS with verifiable fact.
They were probably more involved in his life than most working parents. But of course Republicans have no idea what it is like when both parents have to work.

The SPD's investigation was completed prior to 3 AM on 2/27/12 when that agency considered the shooting a stand your ground case and sent the shooter on home.
Who's investigation were YOU referring to? The one that those TeaParty scoundrels Governor Scott and Attorney General Bondi ordered?
Now, run along over to the O Sentinel and read this mornings Zimmerman offering and maybe, just maybe, you'll begin to grasp what I've been trying to explain to your dumb azz for the past month.
Showing your bias again?

OK, letís go with your statement. If the investigation was completed in February why is this going to trial now? Why do you insist he's guilty if the investigation ended long ago?

The investigation the Tea Party ordered? Are you on drugs? Donít you mean the one your two race baiters demanded? If Jackson and Sharpton hadnít leveled imaginary accusations of racism this never would have gained national attention.

The Sentinel article about sealing evidence. Both the defense and prosecution want some of the evidence to remain sealed for at least 30 days.

For starters the alteration of the 911 call as presented by MSNBC. The claim Zimmerman said ďfín coonsĒ by CNN. The usage of the word murderer when referring to Zimmerman in news articles.

You knew all this. No wonder youíre unable to grasp the details of this case. You simply accept evidence which you deem acceptable.

Is that the big lie that drew you in?

One more time bozo, the Sanford Police Department called case closed within hours after the shooting of the unarmed "suspicious black guy" and sent George home citing Florida's stand your ground law.

The SPD didn't know that the dead guy was a teen__they didn't know who the fk the corpse belonged to or why it had been walking around The Retreat a few hours earlier and according to the SPD they didn't even know who in the fk George was.

The SPD couldn't do a back ground on George, the SPD couldn't figger out who the dead dude was yet they sent George home citing self defense.

And you're thinking that some goofball at NBC lied?

(850)Four eight eight 7146.

Dial that number and ask the dude who answers why he demanded that the Police Chief step down, that the States Attorney step aside and that a real investigation be conducted.

What evidence do you have making that statement? What do you know of the family structure of Martinís family? Remember, he was staying at the home of his fatherís girlfriend. Good solid family, yes indeed.

Do you believe all Republicans are single income families?

Where is your proof of "attempted murder"? Defending yourself from a persuer is not "attempted murder", no malice nor unlawful acts. Hard sell on that theory buddy.

That is not true. Zimmermans testimony has been "sealed" but refered to by the prosecution as "contradictory". That leads me to believe he gave an altered version of accounts to the cops. Witnesses have stopped lying to the police and have retracted their statements (fear of perjuring themselves perhaps?) This case as stunk worse than Fulton's Fish Market since the beginning. Maybe we need the feds to open the books on all the "justifiably homicides" in FL and take a 2nd look.

What are you smoking? Why is it that you believe an adult male can play wannabe cop, follow & confront a teen and murder him in what he describes as "self defense" when no one can point to any valid reason why that individual needed to be followed in the first place? Yet the teenager needs to accomplish this laundry list of tasks before he has the right to defend himself? Hypocritical?

Hey there swampfeces, too many probably's, maybe's, I thinks, could have's, should have's, in your posts to provide any factual info on what went down between Z and gold tooth. I know you don't realize it but you're making an absolute fool out of yourself in public. Your wife and kids must be embarrassed to even go out with you in public.

Be a good little swampfeces and give it rest.

If you made any sense I might be able to address some of your points.

Fact, the entire community is private property.

Fact, Martin didnít live there, he was a guest.

Fact, you and I donít know what acting oddly meant.

Fact, Zimmerman did indeed stop following Martin. In fact he lost sight of Martin. Wannabe cop or not, he was attempting to keep an eye on Martin until the police told him he didnít need to follow.

Do you believe just because Martin was 17 years old he must be innocent?

Leads you to believe. In other words you have no clue what the information is.

Would that be the same prosecutor whoís incredibly poorly written affidavit was criticized by many in the legal community?

Witnesses have stopped lying? If they lied at all theyíre not very valuable witnesses. If I were a juror I would have to wonder if they were lying then or are they lying now.

Could it be those witnesses were placed under the same political pressure suffered by the Sanford Police Department?

Wow, just keep making a fkn fool of yourself and everything will be better eh?

Martin is dead pal and Zimmerman has been arrested and charged with a serious felony that could send him away for a long time.

But you want to talk about other posters, Trayvon's parents, and a bunch of shyt that you've read on other threads.

Where did George first spot Trayvon?

You don't know do you?
