Regarding the NWA/Delta "merger", do not forget the loss of jobs in MN when flight crews, mechanics, ground personnel, etc. are transferred to other bases, furloughed or let go due to the duplication of jobs or reduction of service in MN. This is not a merger, this is a purchase of NWA by Delta. Delta comes out on top and can do anything they want with NWA no matter what they "promise".
