Stay away. I have been going here for 1 year, all was good... but now, the place is falling apart. They are no longer fixing their equipment. Some equipment has "temporary out of order" on it for three months. With constant employee turnover and lack of maintenance plus $15 a month fee {$10 at Crunch} This place is not going to last.

MsG to Youfit... Why do you need more info from me ? I gave you location and complaint... you want my social security number also ? Take a look at the "new " head trainer... 6.4 feet tall and 340 pounds [APROX]. Guy is in worse shape than most of the customers.Ask them how many trainers they currently have... looks like 2.. a fat chick included. If i give you my name... i give you my banking info also. You want to hang me ?

Brad, a manager would like to speak with you regarding your complaints, but they need more information so they can know who you are and reach out to you. At this point, Youfit has brought your complaint to the attention of regional and club level management of the Sarasota club. We would like your issue to be resolved, but management cannot contact you identify yourself.

Dear You Fit:

I like going to your gym but only because it is close to my home and i am comfortable there. The equipment does take forever to fix and the lack of variety is a problem. You have many competitors in town, for example Crunch. All of my gym friends have started going to crunch because of the more variety of equipment but also because of the childcare program and the free classes that they offer. You Fit offers nothing in the way of classes and no childcare as well. You have a huge empty building connected to YouFit that used to be a golf store. You can easily convert this into a class area and childcare center. Crunch also offers 4 free personal trainer sessions per year, Youfit offers 1 when you sign up and that is it.
It is hard to keep loyal to a gym when all of your friends are leaving for another gym that offers more for the same price.
My business advice to you is to expand your gym into the empty space next to you and start giving free classes and training sessions as all other gyms in the area are doing. If you don't do something quick, you are going to loose more of your members to larger, more productive gyms. I shoulde'nt have to tell you this, you can probably see it from your own business records.

Youfit, come on.... you do not need my name to fix your problems, and i want no rewards. Let me ask you a question. Would you go to a dentist if he had horrible teeth ? Well look at the trainers at Sarasota Tuttle branch. I have complained about the broken equipment to employees before... but not one of them is still employed there . Tell me how long has the current manager been there ? Ask him how long the elliptical # c10 has been broken ? Youfit Please answer a question or two and get this ship in order....... Hey, can anyone tell me if the Youfit on Clark road is any better ? Feedback please.

We have reached out to senior level management about the equipment issues you have explained. Management has informed us the issues are being addressed immediately. As for your comments concerning the trainers, we can assure you all Youfit personal trainers are qualified and capable individuals. Please know that Youfit is actively performing equipment maintenance in order to meet your needs. Thank you again for your valued feedback.
