Man Arrested in Connection With Equipment Theft

Nearly $200,000 in construction equipment stolen in September has been recovered and a man has been arrested in connection with the theft, police said. via Construction Equipment Guide

This just proves how intelligent the police are. The guy has had this stuff all summer and has been using it on jobs. Somebody had to have questioned where this guy got the money to buy all of this expensive equipment.

their lack of intelligence has never been the question. i believe the real problem is lack of motivation to do their job. giving tickets is just way too much fun, why WOULD they go do something as productive as making Oskaloosa safer and more consequence concious. that would be silly!

That is very true. I have been ticketed twice for not having a license plate on the front of my Vette, you would think they could find someone commiting a much worse crime than that.
