Northwestern Sites Reason for Pick

So, the Oshkosh Northwestern decided to
already cast their cumulative vote
for Wis senate race Aug 9th in their public print, Sun 8/7. They're trying to have their "vote" have greater impact than just one.
But, I totally laughed at one of the reasons
for selected who've they selected...the redistricting issue.
I remember way back in my freshman high school civics class talking about the US Census and how afterward the political districts are redrawn.
I remember hearing the teacher say how sometimes the districts would have totally disjoint boundaries depending on which political party was in control of legislature.
So, there have been four censuses since my class.
And guess what...if the dems were in power,
they'd draw them favoring dems. If repubs were
in power, they'd redraw them favoring the repubs.
And I distinctly remember in 2010, when the dems
made the three-way win on the fed level. All the
news reporters were saying how "And THIS was a census year!" "Joy joy the federal level can
draw federal seat districts to favor
the dems, of course."
So,why all of a sudden, is everyone blasting
"Oh, how awful the Wis repubs are?"
Hey, this goes on. It has gone on. AND the Dems
have done redrawing to favor them in the past, too. I am witness to this.
So, for the Northwestern to come out and sight this as one of their main reasons....I just laughed.
Maybe they haven't been reading their news that they print!!!!! Or maybe their news isn't as unbiased as they pretend to be.
