I feel sorry for all of the people of Charlotte and Eaton ISD.
She singlehandedly destroyed our school district in her nine year reign. Bullying staff and parents, lying to all stakeholders, dividing the community!
But for some reason our board of education thought she could walk on water while she was dragging our district through the mud.

On the other hand if the people in Charlotte sit back and say nothing Christine wins again. I've said it before and I'll say it again....she needs to be stopped. I would say I do not understand a supposed group of intelligent people hiring her to lead except that in the course of history there have been many instances of groups of people following corrupt and insane leaders. What drives others to believe in such people is a mystery to those of us who do not give in to immorality and lack of integrity. You are right about the people running Oscoda schools at this time. Their attainment to leadership was purposeful and meant to send a message to the hard working staff of OAS...keep your mouths shut and no one gets hurt!

While you are checking in on Ms Beardsley you might want to find out how many law suits shes had against her and the district in the time she was here.Oscoda school district spent thousands representing her.I think we still have one pending that was when she was here.Also dont know if it was in her contract with yous but to get rid of her here we would have to have paid her an outrageous amount of moneyShe made sure she had that put in her contract. If I can think of anymore I,ll let you know.

Thank you for this information. Words can not even begin to describe the crisis situation that our district is in since she has taken over. I pains me to see so many of my coworkers being bullied and harrassed to the point of tears. CUTS, CUTS and MORE CUTS...to the lowest paid and hardest working. It's a sad, sad time here at EISD. I only hope that our BOE realizes it before it is to late.

I'm so ashamed of our BOE, after receiving a letter they wrote today I can say we now know their position and it is firmly up Christine's butt! In a nut shell, they are backing everything she has done and will do, and we need to quit taking things personally.

"Board members have heard from many employees over the last several months. Some employees are sharing their support for a number of changes, some have realistic concerns, and others are resistant to change and chose to make it a personal issue rather than a constructive dialogue. This doesn’t serve our students or our constituent districts. We always want to hear from staff at all levels of the organization when they have concerns about the direction of the organization, what they’re hearing from our customers, or with general comments. However, we ask that comments be kept respectful. The board has supported Dr. Beardsley in every major decision since she started in July.".

With this kind of support we have no hope of getting out from under her rule. Our only hope is that she will get tired of playing the game here and she will move on, and maybe a couple of us will be left to pick up the pieces.

She does have a great way of talking herself out of things. As the saying goes....give 'em enough rope and eventually they'll hang themself". She will receive a dose of what she has given to others. What I truly don't understand is that the BOE's in both Oscoda and Charlotte have not recognized that she is not respectful of others and things with her are personal. BTW...are most of the people she picks on female? Are they a little more well liked than her? Are they perceived as being strong females in the sense that they don't back down easily when faced with an adversary? I continue to say document, document, document. Don't give up and hopefully you won't be in this position for 10 years. I'm praying for all of you and I pray for her as well because she'll need it. Those people who write letters of support have not yet felt the wrath. They need to beware because no one is safe. Good luck!

All I can say is WOW !!!!!! We know what yous are going thru and will be praying for you .Just hope your getting more and more info daily that eventually may be helpful.Maybe its time to contact someone from the state for help on the bulling and see where to go from there! We are so glad shes gone but really feel sorry for you guys because we know what we 've been thru.

Well, here it comes...she's wielding her axe! Apparently at our upcoming Board meeting, there are going to be cuts, cuts, cuts and more cuts! With of course, no notification to the support staff association!! UNBELIEVABLE! Everyone is running scared! People's lives are hanging in the balance and she has us all by the balls! I can only hope that anyone that can gets out before the ship sinks. Like the Titanic, we're going down and it's every man/woman for themselves!

Well, I was the first go from EISD, under Dr. Beardsley, last October. 22 Years of loyal hard working service, Tim Price, Kelly Corbett, Ralph Hansen, Elain Smiley and Christine made up lies and accusations about me, ending with termination.
Our support staff union cowered behind their desks and did nothing. All of the EISD administrators are above the law when it comes to the fate of all employees. All of the above mentioned did a "fake" investigation, where I was unable to refute or I would be fired immediatly. This was under Al Widner, first. Ineffective superintendent. The Welfare to Work program, under the direction of Tim Price, is fraudulent and he protects the young, inexpensive, inexperienced beautiful employees. The Eaton ISD as a whole, needs to be investigaed for mis-use of funds. Finally, after 6 months, am I able to write how this termination has effected my life. First, I thought I was the looser, but now, EISD is the looser! I could go on and on......but am just going to sit back and see who makes it, and who doesn't. Definately, not the class act organization it used to be. Good Luck

Same thing happened to me...if you stand up for what is the truth and have some integrity you might as well write your termination letter. You are not a loser! There were so many lies against me I even questioned whether I was actually the person Christine purported me to be! Thank God I had a great therapist and wonderful support from the community. I can still hold my head high while Christine continues to try to wreck everyone who reminds her of who she isn't. She may get the job she wants because that's the way business is but there is one thing she'll never be...a woman with integrity, wisdom, compassion, wit, and above all fashion sense (lol!). Let her continue to do what she does best and just know you aren't in her line of fire anymore. Hopefully one day she will meet up with a boss (or bosses) who sees her real ability is in creating lies about others and being an immature jealous brat. Actually she would make a real wonderful candidate for the next season of Jersey Shore!

Sorry you had to go through the fire. You are not the first and won't be the last. I still carry the scars of the tar and feathering I received. I too had a good therapist -- I wasn't the bimbo Christine portrayed me to me. The others whom she enlisted to help her were turned on later. So the boom-a-rang does come back around. One day Christine will be seen in the light of day and it won't be a pretty site!

Thank God we don't have her anymore. Sorry for your problems. Word of warning: don't cross her if you don't want a target on your back. Like the elephant she doesn't ever forget. I heard there's a lawsuit against her down there. Any truth? I also heard three school districts have petitioned the state to get out of her ISD. Any truth? On the Durand question, talk to the publisher of the local paper in Durand. I hear he can fill you in.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you! Christine is a liar and a fake. If you are a christian, she's a christian. If you enjoy partying, she enjoys partying. She can look you in the eye and lie. The only person on earth important to her is herself. Document, document,document, get anything and everything she says in writing as the story will change. She will create scenarios to make the innocent look bad. She will act like your best friend and become your worst enemy. She needs to be stopped. I feel for the people and families that have become victim to her. Do the right thing and stop her before you become a statistic. Do your research and look at the list of administrators, teachers, and support staff that were employed when she started at Oscoda. Many that have left the district were victims.
