Dollar Daze Burglary

The Tawas Police Authtority is investigating a breakin at the Dollar Daze Store on April 21st in the 1000 block of West Lake Street in Tawas City.
Police say sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning someone broke into the store and then turned of the security video system. The suspect or suspects then got into the store safe and stole and undisclosed amount of money and checks.
Store management is asking customers who wrote a check between April 18 and April 20th to contact the store.
