I am a longtime Methodist church attender .... if this pastor, or any other, does not agree with the teachings, beliefs, doctrines of the church, I suggest they try to make changes within or in the alternative leave the Methodist church. Being openly defiant to the church is not the answer and is certainly disrespectful. Unfortunately, this one topic is causing divisions in the church and could possibly cause splits within the denomination. United Methodists are not united.

The MINO (Methodists In Name Only) are not in the UMC for the expressed interest of building a strong scripturally based and orthodox christian religious institution. They are only present due to the fact the vast numbers of members and available monetary funds provide them with a launching platform from which they can more effectively promote the acceptance of homosexuality and psychotic gender mutilation.
