Stalking suspect gets out on bail

The Florida man accused of stalking and harassing a state trooper for six years is out on bail after almost seven months behind bars.

Please tell me how fair this is?! This guy has been accused of stalking this cop and his family for almost six years and gets out after already beening there for seven months, if they were going to leave him out why wait so long. Now this cop and his family will live in fear that something could happen. Not saying that will but you never know. If he could do this for six years whos to say that something else will not happen.I know that everyone has to be proven guilty, but come on to already been in jail for seven months and now getting out. My guess is they have a better could case against him. well I hope everyone is safe and yes even the guy accused.

just for the record this all started 6 years ago when this mans son was arrested charged and convicted of sexual assualt of a fellow student during a hazing incident on a school trip
the charges were fabricated and trumped up by the trooper through coercion and intimidation of witnesses
top that off by the well known local representing defense goof turning over case evidence to the prosecution that led to the conviction
which baffles me still as to how he is still practicing law
so you tell me what you'd do in this case
i know what i'd do but i won't say it here because next thing you know i'll be on trial by these jackoffs

I know of the case with this guy's son. I am pretty sure that his boy wasnt the only one in on that. You dont see any of the other families going after that cop and his family. I am not saying i dont wnderstand why he did it, Just not that he needed to. Maybe everyone should grow up.

yes it was his sons case that malpractice mason turned over to prosecutor gricar but trump all that with the fact that this cop DID have sex with a minor whether consentual or not prior to becoming a cop

others were ashamed to bring more attention to an already devastatingly embarrasing event
and all or MOST didn't have the funds to FIGHT these bastards

Walker never threatened anyones family members. Where did you get that bogus info? There were calls made to Inlows residence from UNKNOWN individuals which were found to not be Walker. One was from a GIRL and another was from some dude with LONG HAIR neither of whom are Walker.

Inlow is such a POS I'm positive he has MANY enemies looking to take him down. OOOhh I'd better not say that!

Stalking? So running into Inlow in public places during normal business hours in a small town of less than 5000 people is STALKING? Where can you go here without running into someone?

And going to a public athletic field to watch kids practice is stalking? Stupid ass paranoid huckleberry parents hear something rediculous, see the individual and absolutely he is stalking and their kids are in danger! Help! Help! The mad stalker is on the loose! LOL!

What the low life prosecution and their henchmen did was to take exerpts from 100's of hours of taped conversation between Walker and his son, edit it and twist it into five minutes of sound bite and make it sound exactly how they wanted to to bring these rediculously false, constitutional/civil rights violating charges before an inept, corrupt judge against Walker.

They know they've overstepped the legal bounds. They know they have no case and that the bail and jail time were way excessive in this case. What they've tried to do his ruin this man and his livelyhood, to squeeze the life and money from him until he has no defense to fight them anymore, violated his constitutional and civil rights all because he won't lie down and let them get away with it.

How dare he challenge the corrupt Centre County legal system with their corrupt lawyers and judges, how dare he challenge the State Police and their derelict officers. HA!
