everone has their own opinion about denso or any other job they have ever worked.the only way denso is a good place to work if you in the office or have family or good friends in h.r. or up in the company.i have seen first hand and this is not hear say.why do you think their turnover rate is so high, its not because they are keeping their employes.i will agree that the benefits denso has is great but its no good if you cant be there long enough to appreciate them.i have seen people who really wanted to keep their jobs but lost them due to family illness when they had no choice but take off.anyone who has ever or still does work at denso has experienced their own situation and i am sure their input is very truthful.

90 day and already drawing workers comp! Arkansas is a right to work state, which means you can be terminated or you can quit without notice or reason. The fact that you have already hired a lawyer AND was drawing workers comp shows you clearly didn't want to work. Denso is different in how they operate and yes alot of hours are involved working at Denso. Denso came here and is actually helping Mississippi county by providing jobs that so many people complain are not available.

I also have worked there 3 1/2 years. No problems, I like it. They try their best to be fair and honest with the associates, we just have too many people that want a check but not work for it. I guess every company has the same problems.

I agree with you 100%. Or if you are sleeping with certain team leaders to get a subleader position. Saw that with one. And they ended up being that team leaders subleader.

To all of the lazy fools that think that Denso treats the associates so bad, give me your Christmas bonus that they are handing out next week. If they are so terrible to you, it must be a mistake. I know, your gonna say it's not enough, but instead of looking for a free hand out, why not try appreciating anything you get. Most places get nothing.

You're full of it. You must have applied for the job and was turned down so you have to make up stuff about the person who did get it. Why not try something new, go to work Monday and focus on YOUR job, and not worry about what anyone else is doing.

OMG, you will be getting retilation, what the hell does that mean. That makes no since. After reading your ignorant posts, I can't figure out how you got a job in the first place. I know who you are and you walked through the door looking for a law suit.

First of all. Injurey's do to repetitive motion take time. Not hours. To all the dumbasses wanting to draw a check. They're new but not stupid. IF you want well fare then don't get a job there. AS far as pay, don't even try to play the nucor card. Their money is all bonus based! AS far as making a deal with other company's. All industries do that. They get together and decide the base wage. If you have ever held a job you would know this. Now, Just how many factory's in this area are air conditioned? Not just the office area. The entire plant. Heated in the winter? How many factory's in the area have more then four family events in a year? How many factory's in the area have given an EXTRA bonus to their employees's after only a couple of year's. Ya know what. You're bitching about the place. The only thing I can figure is your welfare got cut off and that was the first place to give you a job. They hire local. HUH! Can nucor say that?

The union will never be brought in at Denso. Know why? Because it is only the lazy people like you that want it. They would not make enough union dues there to cover their expenses because people like you either don't show up to work half the time or end of getting fired. Anybody that wants a job and appreciates their job there would never vote it in. If you were educated enough about the union, you would know that the union is the blame for all of the company's up north downfall. Denso tries hard to give associates a better life and people like you don't want that. You are probably used to living off of the government and that is all you know. You should want better for your family, if not for yourself. I am very versed about the termaination policies, and guess what, they are too passive toward the associates. They have so many procedures in place that gives the associate the benifit of doubt that there is NO way you would be fired without just cause. The occurance system is so messed up, it takes a act of Congress to fire someone for attendance. I mean, how many places can you work that you can miss up to 9 days before you can be recommended for termination. I have been there 3 1/2 years and have only called in sick twice. People like you complain that 9 days a year is not enough, give me a break, if you stay that sick, you need to be in a nursing home. Plus the fact that consecutive days only counts as one occurance. Then there is the FMLA Act that can be used (not abused) if you are that ill or have a immediate family member(aunties not included) that is ill. My advise to you and the others that complain about how bad Denso is to you, go to KFC and work, by reading that thread, sounds like you would excell there. You might even get to be the manager. You should be more upset at the school system and your parents and not Denso because you apparently are not ready for the real world.

.

The only way your friend was fired with only 5 occurances is if they were still in their TEP Period, which is only a few months. If that is the case, then they weren't a good employee in the first place if they missed that much within that short of a time frame. If not, then the Tribunal Committee (made up of regular associates throughout the plant) would never have accepted the termination. So the only thing I can think of is that they were still in the very early stages of employment when they missed that much.If so, Denso has every right and should dismiss them. Dead weight!!
