The West Memphis Three

You will not find the article, but I have it..
When someone is murdered there is more than one victim. Families, friends, and even the community the person lived in are forever haunted by the event.
In 1993, three 8-year old boys were murdered in West Memphis, Arkansas and the area has never been the same. Residents living in the region will sometimes say there is a dark cloud that still looms, refusing to dissipate. Perhaps the reason is because justice has never truly been served. Though three men – Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley – were convicted of the murders in 1994, recent DNA results and other evidence suggest someone else was responsible for the crimes. This information has earned the men an evidentiary hearing that is scheduled to be heard at the end of this year in December.
Over the years, much attention has been brought to this case in the form of documentaries, news articles, fundraising benefits, and books. A number of documentary films are in production at this time as well. One such film is directed by a filmmaker, Amy Berg, who is known for her critically acclaimed production Deliver us from Evil. Berg has been working on a documentary covering the murders and subsequent convictions of three teenagers in West Memphis for almost a year.
Berg’s recent focus has been members of the Hobbs family who were related to one of the victims, Stevie Branch. Amanda Hobbs was four years old when her brother was murdered, hog-tied, and left nude in a ditch inside what was known to the locals as Robin Hood Hills woods. Her father, Terry Hobbs, was Stevie’s stepfather. Hobbs came under media scrutiny in 2007 when DNA results showed that a hair found in the ligature of one of the victims, Michael Moore, was consistent with his own. Hobbs has maintained that he did not see Stevie the day he was murdered.
Berg’s documentary is an example of the moral and ethical lines that filmmakers must consider when completing their projects. Though she has expressed to various family members of the victims, such as Pam Hobbs, that her intention is to facilitate justice for the boys who were murdered, the men incarcerated, and the families who are seeking answers, Berg’s recent actions suggest a more sinister motive at play. An example of this is when Sheila Hicks Muse, Stevie’s aunt, informed various individuals that she had acquired provocative photographs of Amanda Hobbs as a teenager with what appeared to be Terry Hobbs. She said she was uncertain as to whether it was Terry Hobbs and was advised that she should have to photos developed independently to confirm her suspicions. She claimed that she would turn the photos over to the Echols defense due to their content if Hobbs was in the pictures.
The photos were not developed independently or turned over to the defense, however. Muse contacted Berg and the filmmaker stated that she would be interested in purchasing the photographs. Muse then had photographs developed at a local Wal-Mart and claims the pictures did not contain the images she thought they did. The sale did take place but there is no way to confirm the content of the pictures. Pam Hobbs was outraged to learn of the impending sale on March 29 when she was informed that her sister was considering selling the photographs.

I am telling this story because I am the person who told Pam that Sheila had something to sell to Amy Berg. This is not the first time it has come to my attention that Berg has intended to do something, or has actually done something, to exploit Amanda Hobbs. The reason I am stating this publicly is because Sheila Muse made a statement on the Wm3 Blackboard that she will no longer be seeking justice for the case or for Stevie because of what I did. I responded to her statement on the forum where she wrote this, but it was removed. I made the right decision and if I was faced with it again I would make the same choice. Sheila told several people that she had negatives of photographs that contained provocative images of her niece. She was given advice by at least two people about what she should do with them. The last person who should have been informed of this was Amy Berg. It is never acceptable to exploit a child and I will never stand by and allow it to happen. This is my side.

Well, they put a rifle in my hand and told me to go fight, kill, and maybe die. They didn't specify children, so I'm not sure about that. I do know you are a bag of hot air that's never been put in a type of situation like this or you wouldn't still be breathing.

If you notice in this video you will see the IV taped in her hand from being in ICU from an overdose. Amamda was dropped off at my house after Amy let her overdose for her stupid film. Me and others put a stop to it and like I said Amy knows where to find me.

Bottom line I'm proud of every friend I take a pic for FB with. When it comes to the victims families I could care less which ones my door is always open. I will go broke helping if I have to. Amanda's whole family knows I will call them and let them know what's going on. I will NOT let Amy freaking Berg make a mockery of them! I seen it coming I am very familiar with Amy's work...

In response to the last post by kido: I think we all agree that little kids should not be hurt.
But what we don't all agree on is this: WHO really killed those kids and WHY does the new dna evidence point toward two other people? WHY is there no evidence of the teenagers being at the scene but there IS evidence that someone else was there?
I'm trying to meet with Jacoby to talk to the guy because we never see nor hear from him. He lives near Walker park in sight of the public pool. I might get shot trying, but I'm going to..

Hobb's credibility is shot after damn near 20 lies in PD questioning. If I were the guy I would wanna clear my name, but he seems like he knows it's coming. When's the last time you heard Jacoby's voice? Hell or even seen a pic of the guy? What the hell is he hiding for?

There experts did not mention fish or turtle bites on the boys as the main cause of mutilation. They blamed dogs and other animals. When is the last time you say a dog or coyote eat underwater. Any bite marks on the front of the boys or any parts underwater had to be there BEFORE the boys were placed in the water. This does bot mean the three boys in jail did it, but anyone with common sense knows land animals will not eat underwater. Why was this missed?
Because it was a dump site and they were killed in or around the manholes and hidden there until being moved. Look to the rebar theory and see the pic of coons peeking their heads outta sewer vents.

Police reports said that one officer was wading in the water after finding a shoe floating or an article of clothing... maybe the boyscout cap. That is when the first body was discovered which was completely submerged under water.
Also it would kinda be pointless to use sticks to poke their clothes down hiding them under water if there were bodies floating...A body sinks for a period of time after some time gases brings it back up.

Here is something that is hard to understand if T.H. is guilty:

Why would he make a fool out of himself by going to court and submitting to a sworn deposition with all kinds of questions coming at him? If he is not guilty, he certainly made a lot of more people suspect him, by refusing to answer so many questions, or saying I don't remember, or I don't know.

Parents don't usually forget important facts that are related to a death of a child, especially if the child is murdered.

If a person has nothing to hide, there won't be a problem with telling the truth. By bringing the lawsuit, he only made things worse for himself, in my opinion. Wonder if his attorney tried to discourage him from filing the lawsuit.

If his reason for bringing the lawsuit was to clear his name, then he needs to look at the reasons why people suspected him in the first place, which begins with, why did he wait so long to let his wife know that her child never came home. How long does it take to make a simple phone call, or just drive to her workplace and tell her? Just that alone, makes a lot of people wonder about him.

Latest News,
A spokesman for Damien Echols said today that “within the last year,” state officials sent a t-shirt that was found in the home of Jessie Misskelley, Jr. in 1993 to a laboratory for DNA testing. The shirt was reportedly tested.

If the story was true about Jessie trying to give away his shoes the next morning,(according to Buddy Lucas,) then it would not make sense, that he would keep a bloody t-shirt for the investigators to find.
If Jessie was involved, I think he would have had sense enough to get rid of bloody clothes along with the shoes.

<quoted text>you know I've read and kept up with this from a distance and another town, I agree with you on most things well a lot of things but I dis agree with you on this, he's not saying anything about a manhole, he's simply saying hole, he's not trying to keep from saying manhole or anything. I think you're forcing it now. Take your time with this thing, the truth will come out. Carry on now.
He also held his hands in such a way saying there was a cover over it. Now coupled with the fact that Pam told me she chased Stevie off from there telling him the Ninja Turtles wasn't real and he would get his ass kicked if he went back into the manholes it leads me to believe that's exactly what he's describing..Also I know the woods inside and out beginning a trip in 93 and there are no holes..
