Brandon School District School of Choice

Time to take our school District back. We moved or chose to stay in Brandon because of our small local feel. Why are we busing in kids from the inner cities? Answer is simple, for the money. Doesn't that make our schools Private? If we make the cuts that are needed we can eliminate school of choice. Imagine if our local children attended our local schools. Why is that such an unrealistic expectation?

It is very troubling to think that the School District can do something as extreme as School of Choice without public approval. It appears that the consensus in obviously against School of Choice but the district continues to allow and even promote it. How could this be possible in a PUBLIC school district?
