So that got one suspect. WHat happened to the Neon? Did the other suspect get dropped off somewhere? How was the first suspect caught. Wow alot of open questions that could have been reported on. It is just a matter of time the other guy will be caught. Ttry water boarding the apprehended and that will go along way with the next capture.

Brilliant, just brilliant. They might just as well have built a fire and send out smoke signals. Who would ever find a burned out car on Siloam Road?

They had a security guard right inside the door after the last robberies. I guess he will be making a return!

I wish I was there when the "smart one" is explaining his idea before they try an execute their plan. I bet it involved something like "dude, they'll never find us cause they'll be so busy trying to put out our burning car.....we'll be long gone" Great idea genius.

The one apprehended was stopped on I81 @ 8MM southbound. The last I heard the other was being pursued on 16 toward Waynesboro. That's the latest I heard which was yesterday afternoon.

the public opinion is VERY VERY ANTI-LAW ENFORCEMENT. They will use half of a front page and half of a 3rd or 4th page for an article bashing the police over a stupid complaint by a citizen. However, these bank robbers had guns, the police obviously risked their lives taking the one into custody. Do you think TUTTLE and Vicky Taylor will take the time / effort to write an article about this? Absolutely not.

Shame on the PO. Shame on their reporters.

not taking anyone's side but its probably still under investigation and the P.O. can only release what the cops gave them.

Otus, I agree. If it is under investigation, the law probably doesn't want to release too much. In the case of the drunk lady in the projects, the whole story is basically her version of what happened. We don't hear the perspective of the officer. Same with loudmouth doyle and his booze cruise to Giant.

Yeah Doyle He is a loud mouth but people still have rights. But PSP and C-burg police need to remember whom they work for. These officers have to be respectful to a point, but to bust down someones doors and arrest them. That town cop should have not have been at that ladies house in the first place... The bike cop started the whole thing!

Not so sure that Ms. Vicky Taylor is very, very, anti-law enforcement considering that her son is a Chambersburg Police Officer.

This bank has been robbed numerous times so my question is do they have cameras to take pictures of suspects? If not, one should be installed immediately. Also, if a bank has gotten robbed that many times, why don't they do what other banks have done and have it so that when they are robbed, the robbers go to leave, walk between two sets of doors which by pushing a button, the doors automatically lock the robbers in between the two sets of doors until the authorities come. I'm sure the cost of having these installed would 1.deter robbers from trying to rob in the first place and 2. if robbed, the thiefs are caught.

Also according to the monitor, the robbers took off, dropped their get-a-way car, ignited it and jumped into 2 separate cars. They must have split up and took 2 different directions. I have a gut feeling the second guy will be caught. He better not get too comfortable hiding out. His days are numbered.

Why do I get the idea, Otus, that it's reciprocal?
