Nice job State Police. At least the Trooper filed charges on everyone. Now it's up to the courts.

well, if that doesn't beat all. Obviously, the house should not have been built there and I doubt permission was obtained to place a large rock on the property which endangers the motoring public. The stress the people in this car suffered must have been intolerable.

Maybe the motoring public should slow down so they don't hit the rock on someone's property. If you are indeed a lawyer as you portray yourself then you should know you don't need a permit or "permission" to have a rock in your yard.I'm glad you are not my attorney.

He'll be the next piece of garbage getting into a shootout with the police. Hopefully the results will be the other way around instead of an officer getting killed for no reason. I still say bring back the public hangings, maybe that will curb some of the violence around here if these idiots see the results of breaking the law.

i just had a thought. the feds should mandate that all houses located within 15 of a roadway be equipped with airbags, dui assessment kits, 1st responder training, 1st aid kits, and defibrillators. all at the homeowners expense of course.
ps i know that rock he hit. it is big and hard.

It is pretty sad when you can't even sleep in your own home without being hit by a drunk driver....bad enough on the roads but in your home???

What happened to making sure everyone is ok? Let's all remain calm, the only ones who know what they did and why they did were in the car. Let's not point fingers, everyone is still alive. Rocks or no rocks..it is someones yard and they have the right to put whatever they want in it..remember..we live in America??? Let all stay calm and be grateful it wasn't as bad as it could have been..have a superb day!

It would have cost tax payers much less if the guilty party (THE DRIVER) would have died in the crash... NOW our awesome judicial system is at work and after all the continuances and plea bargaining he'll be free to drive again and hopefully he doesn't kill someone innocent.

Yeah I'd be real proud if my family got into an accident and jumped out of the car and ran like they were on an episode of cops. Were they druggies? Why else would they run unless they were hiding something?
