He said that the deceased pulled a knife first!!!
Sure he can say anything he wants and all he is the only one alive.
He stabbed him 142 times to defend himself!!! This guy just sounds live some sick animal full of rage. For all we know he could have tried some sexual advance on the young man and he refused. So having a injured ego, he flew into a fit of rage.
Maybe he will get a payback when he goes to prison. The other inmates may very well take care of him. He is nothing but a heartless, cold-blooded murder. Self Defense does not take 142 stab wounds!!!

The reason it doesn't fit the typical death-penality case is b/c. After the victum was stabbed 142 times, he must have set himself on fire !!!
Once again another reason to not believe in our justice system

The older articles about this guy when this first happened said that he had a long run with getting into trouble with violence. Each time he got a slap on the wrist. If you ask me the system is just as responsible for this young man's horrific death. How can you have a repeat VIOLENT offender and let him off each and every freaking time. Now that it has gone this far, what more will he do to settle his urges? This mofo needs to be put to death. What he did to that boy was awful. In one article I read that only a few of the stab wounds were fatal, I bet he kept stabbing him just to torture him.

Yes, Dean 1,,the system needs to change its "time for the crime". It is very sad the way these criminals continue to repeat their crimes. I work in a Maryland Law Firm. and it is the same down there. I see it everyday, people repeating crimes and getting light sentences. Sad, what will it take for the system to make much needed changes .

The prosecutor calls this "horrendous" but failed to go for the death penalty?
Actually the Prosecutor is "horrendous".
What the Hell meets the criteria for the death penalty?
Being stabbed 143 times,and not 142?

When this happened, I immediately thought this was the most horrifying crime I ever read about in this area. It was demonic. I guess I just don't understand what disqualifies or earns the death penalty.

Your gimmick will be to have your mullet chopped off while a dwarf tosses your peasant a!s into the flames!
