A film festival would be great, but I'd really just like to see a theater in town that shows films that aren't only the most hyped, Hollywood, Disney, "Mall Cop" garbage. That would be a start. Anyway, looking forward to seeing Route 30.

Does Route 30 really appear to be family-friendly? From the article which was written in the P.O., I'd have to say otherwise.

At $15 a seat, I think it might be a good idea to leave the "little nippers" at home.Have them stay home and watch family-friendly shows like "2 1/2 Men," "30 Rock," "How I Met Your Mother," "The Big Bang Theory," or other wholesome choices from the networks.

The Cumberland Valley Film Club sponsors about one such film a month at the Capitol.
