Sounds about right for our corrupt government, fine a Canadian hiker and ignore an illegal alien or drug runner.

Most Canadian hikers are not a threat, however, for many years, Russia infiltrated spies into the USA from Canada. All of the borders need to be secured.

I am sure a way can be found to allow legitimate hikers to get permission to hike the trail.

Why do you people make crap up?

Anyone including Mexican Nationals who cross the border is committing a federal crime, and risking a year in jail and a $5,000 fine.

Can you please prove that only Mexican Nationals are exempt?

O yea, thats right, you just make stuff up.

Where on earth do your people come up with these ludicrous baseless allegations?

The Feds are not ignoring anything. If you cross the border illegally you are subject to the fine, prison, or deportation.

Period...

Really? And our government is enforcing that law? Then how the hell did we get more than 12 million illegal aliens in this country?

By the way, why is part of the National park in Arizona closed off to Americans? Why are drug cartels growing pot in our National forests? I could give you links but since you think it is ludicrous and baseless, you do the work and google it.

They are hardly baseless. How about the kid in Harvard? Man, when those Mexican illegals are roaming the streets, stomping on out flag, demanding all their rights, they are stormed by the feds and taken to jail, right? The illegals girls on a public hunger strike--guess they were picked up too, huh? The feds ARE ignoring the illegal Mexicans...when John Morton says he will refuse to accept arrested illegals from Arizona, what else can you call it. Period.
