Locking people up is all about law enforcement making money and of course Cisco foods poising them for profit while they are locked up.
Oh I almost forgot about the christian bible thumpers having a captive audience to brain wash.

One more thing: In my mind this prisoner transfer is not really what they are saying it is. It's main intent is to relocate undesirables out of the killing field cities and into the peaceful rural communities. You now where ever these inmates are locked up their families often follow. Follow and stay.
Best thing to do is make Marijuana legal in every way and stop locking up smokers. We need to grow our own without being made criminals. We need to stop being forced by our government to buy from Mexican drug cartels, who are killing thousands of people every year.
Make Marijuana legal in every way, no restrictions!
Every government agent who believes and acts otherwise needs to be looked at as though they are war criminals.
