My good friend Dottie, my mom and I all loved Kevin. He was a remarkable complex friend - stubborn as hell... and will be missed. We are lucky to have know him....

This is just wrong. Kevin didn't need to die. He was a good, hard working person who was having a rough time. He needed help, not to be shot and killed. I was his foster father when he was 11. He was doing so well in spite of growing up in the foster care system and his family problems. They didn't have to kill him.
