I hope his appeal gets thrown in the trash for what he has done to this family.

Why do most defense attorney's try to play the honesty card? Don't get me wrong, honesty is good but the client should have allowed that honesty inside of them lead them to do the right thing in the beginning instead of being remorseful when they're being sentenced. They (defense attorneys) seem to fight on the stance that at least my client told the truth...telling the truth after the fact does not bring the person back or "fix" the pain of the loved ones who have just lost their family member. Defense attorneys: it gets old after a while!

...you piece of trash! Have fun in prison being victimized in ways you never imagined. You will live every minute in fear, whether it's being raped, stabbed, stomped or even murdered. ENJOY!

Of course, if Amarsh was looking at doing heavy time, he'd be the first asking a defense attorney (by the way, the plural is "attorneys," without an apostrophe) to advocate for something less. That's the adversarial system. As the famed lawyer Melvin Belli once said, "There is never a deed so foul that something couldn't be said for the guy; that's why there are lawyers."

And to "Burn in Hell": Stupid people don't learn from their mistakes; smart people do; and wise people learn from the mistakes of others. Seems you would benefit from taking a close look at the effects of unrestrained rage, and get some anger management counseling before you're the one sitting in court wearing an orange jumpsuit.

I think since most likely all you dont know robert or his ex girlfriend you shouldnt be saying anything! They both used drugs and julie was pretty nutty herself. Im not saying she deserved what she got but they both were unstable and pushed eachother all the time. She should have left instead of kept pushing him. So until all of you get to know rob and know their history of julies and robs relationship and drug problems then shut the fuck up!!

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Aquarius

Watch out if you're going shopping, because you'll be tempted to splash out on impulse buys. This doesn't matter so much if you're feeling flush, but it could cause problems if you're supposed to be counting every penny. Whatever the state of your finances, you may buy items you don't need and possibly even won't like when you look at them again tomorrow.
