Vacaville developer faces more felony charges
Solano County prosecutors have filed additional felony charges against a former Vacaville real estate developer in connection with a failed land deal that cost two private investors large sums of money.

If they find this guy guilty on criminal charges then there goes any chance of the other guy collecting on the civil judgement. It's pretty hard to earn $2 Million while in the slammer.
