I think, law enforcement should stop enforcing all laws for a month..let it be known...then , at the end of the month, see if everyone is still good without laws...enforce them all. they "ARE" here for a reason...or, let em all go...everyone for themselves...This "IS" what is wrong with California these days...no one cares unless they are the victim...

You people just piss me off! Someone puts up a sign and all of a sudden its an act of God. Its all about LIABILITY they don't care what happens there as long as its not FRRPD's fault.
Heaven forbid some kids have FUN in Oroville. While they were taking pictures did any boats come along and use that dock? How about any time that day or weekend?
What the H**L has happened to America! What has happened to common sense!!

Until the day I die I will remember that Winston boy dying while trying to swim the river (part of Block O initiation) I was in the eigth grade and never have been back in the river again. It has MANY undertows. My daughter and friends currently "float" down it and that scares me to death.

It's not a law. It's just a sign. No civil code posted.

What has happened to America?

Self-centered, egotistical jerks who think that rules only apply to "other people" are what has happened to America.

Respect for the law is among the concepts that have kept all of us from having a "miserable life" since this country was founded.
So next time you vote are you going to vote for the guy who is backed by people who want to get rid of all the laws that protect us but who want to control what you do in your own bedroom?
