Puh-lease.
DOMA is a failed concept. Had it not have been it would have been held in force.
Listen cupcake...you don't have to like gays. You don't have to agree in them marrying. Unfortunately for you you don't have the power nor right to impede on the basic liberties afforded other Americans unless those said liberties produce viable harm.
Now go and fetch dog. Go find some viable harm that gay marriage causes or please....STFU already.
LOL!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD damn buddy. Give it a rest.
"...those said liberties produce viable harm." Where'd you read that you big dope? The Dopey Dan pretend Constitution? "viable harm". "afforded". Too funny!

I, like others, would just like to see proof.
Kinda like claiming the local government is made up of aliens from Saturn whose intent is to take over and steal all the mozerella cheese within a 185 mile radius....we just want to see proof of bullshit claims before taking them seriously.
No need. You and I both know you did. You're getting angry again right now Ace.

<quoted text>You caught that. I know a lot of gays are posers who pretend they are straight supporters.
I am waiting for one to explain why they do not support same sex adult blood marriages. Sounds like discrimination, hate and bigotry to me.
That's what it is. The "marriage equality stops right after I get it" attitude, otherwise known as hypocrisy.

<quoted text>So, you are in favor of same sex adult incest marriages.
You asked for a case where a sibling wanted to marry and was denied, but now you say no American should have to ask nor demand rights already given to them by our Constitution and how our country was set up in which citizens are afforded a full set of liberties and freedoms providing those liberties do not produce harm.
Then you get angry.
It's "...produce viable harm". Dan likes the word "viable" he heard someone intelligent use it.

Hey dumbfuck...
...there's a difference between believing that a male should marry a female and the allowance of a 45 year old father marrying his 12 year old daughter which would parallel the difference of a 34 year old male banker marrying his 30 year old male supermarket owner versus a 29 year old man marrying a 12 year old brother.
Hope that helps you sad little bastard.
Temper temper!

No one is advocating children marrying moron. If I used that argument against SSM, you'd scream bloody murder. Why is it OK to use it against two consenting adult brothers marrying, dummy?

Frankie I don't care if you think I am gay, I don't consider it an insult, I don't happen to be, but I honestly don't care.

We as a country now have federal recognition of same sex marriage in all 50 states, I don't think it has sunk in yet, not even with the gay community.

Today's news is huge.

Consider this, the couple that brought their case to the supreme court to have DOMA overturned, would not have that problem now if they had married in New York, but moved to Alabama, their federal taxes would be as married.

They just won some 80% of the battle today, do they even realize it yet?

<quoted text>Okay, now we know that your argument does not hold water.
Also, give it up, you can not make me angry. I have too much facts and evidence on my side.
What you are saying is this. The Black Civil rights movements, which some fights joined in on, but it was for black civil rights guaranteed under the constitution, should only be for blacks. Many Blacks were killed, lynched, burned, hosed, put in jail, lost jobs and suffered much.
So, the white female, never should have gotten civil rights based on that movement. She should have fought her own fight, got killed, burned and put in jail for it.
But, then gays can not benefit from it either, since not one gays suffered lynching, burning, hosing or being put in jail for gay rights in that movement.
You see, either same sex adult siblings and parents, blood relatives, can benefit from the gay rights movement or gays can not benefit from the civil rights movement nor the constitution which specifically omitted gays.

Squint your eyes and get all bunched up because those are the facts.
We're a nation compromised of citizens who are afforded a full set of liberties and freedoms.
An adult wanting to marry another adult constitutes a freedom and I have no doubt this basic liberty will be protected nationwide within a few years.
Wow! No sh!t?

I don't care if you're gay, just surprised, you always claimed to be straight.

It's of only casual interest to me, I like to see justice done, but it's not so exciting for me as it is to you. Just means I'll be invited to a few gay weddings (good) but have to pay more taxes (bad).

I get no tax breaks you married people get. Talk about unfair. Guess I could gay marry my fishing buddy.

And I could care less if I make you angry, push you to urinate 34 times a day versus the usual 6 or give you bloodshot eyes.
If you had any facts you would have presented them and they would have held steadfast you dumbshit - you only have a basket full of opinions so look again.
It's not "my cause" dumbass. Fact is I'm not gay but can clearly see the homosexuals' right to be able to marry in this country given our makeup as a nation and the adherence to the Constitution. You on the other hand only hold a dislike of gays.
Incest by and of itself is illegal for a variety of reasons and is completely separate from gay marriage as it is from heterosexual marriage (men marrying their daughter kinda thing you complete fuckin loser).
Get a grip. Get a job and get a life.
Get a grip Dan. Too funny! Temper temper!
