Maybe Rose_NoHo will stop by and awe Marram with an "intelligent and insightful" post!

Maybe a real gem of intelligence and insight such as "Do you think you should have been aborted, monster?"

Or the old standby "I hate you!" or "You are worthy of hate".

Backatcha.
I support marriage equality. You do not. Who's the hypocrite?
You rarely participate in a discussion, you’re too busy verbally Gay bashing Gay Americans. I’ve told you this before I support marriage rights for Gay Americans and no others (btw, I don’t have to). If you want marriage rights for those who don’t currently have it then go fight for it. But, if you think you can suck off the teat of Gay Americans your mistaken. You do realize it’s haters like you that backed Gay Americans in to a corner. We got organized, we got funded, we’re smarter and we’re fighting back. The problem with “mouth pieces” like you is that all you do is run your mouth. You’re not fooling anyone with your hollow support of all forms of marriage. So continue to pat yourself on the back for your childish quips and Gay Americans will continue to fight for and get marriage rights before all is said and done.

I live in Union City to be near my Filipino family. I married a Filipina, our son married a Filipina and we have Filipino grandchildren. Nothing wrong with Union City or it's fine Filipino citizens. Your redneck ville should be so lucky.
You run down my town from some dump in Tennessee! Too funny.
HEY HEY HEY! I grew up in TN. Don't knock it. Lots of beautiful country. Hills, mountains, rivers, lakes, and caves. I spent many a happy hours (not bar happy hours) running about in the woods, exploring caves, hiking in the Fall Creek Falls area, riding dirt bikes around J Percy Priest Reservoir (running from Army Corp of Engineers cops) among other things.

You guys have to contend with quakes, & we had twisters. Now I live on the east coast a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean and have to deal with hurricanes and northeasters (nor'easters for the lazy of tongue). Quite frankly, there ain't no place to hide from mother nature. Shook, stirred, blown away or fed to the waves, take yer pick. I would have to say I'd be thinking of living in a teepee if I were near a fault line. Not much to knock down so not much to put back up. And I ain't allergic to sleeping on the ground & bathing in cold mountain streams.

Lolo, the term "fruitcake" went out with Archie Bunker. Update your lexicon.

Yes. Jizzy is stalking me. And he also bullies me. Bill is worse. Bill says it's time for my "dirt nap". He posts a picture of a tombstone with my name on it. He often issues death threats and/or threats of violent homosexual mouth and/or anal rape.

P.S. I like those cards that talk or sing a song when you open them.

P.P.S. Slip some cash in there too!

P.P.S. Walgreens? Real classy. Like Tennessee.

As I said before, I read the article in its entirety. Barlow, Sakheim, and Beck's study looked at the impact of the anxiety produced from the threat of an electrical shock would have on the sexual responses of a small group of men. They theorize that some men had a sexual response to the possibility of receiving an electric shock.
Having had a penis all my life, I can tell you from personal experience that when I become anxious or frightened, the last thing that happens to my dork is for it to start getting erect.
Now this might not be the case for those few people who get excited by torture.
Now Barlow, Sakheim, and Beck's study did not look at erections as it relates to visual stimuli.
Adams, Wright, and Lohr's study DID look at this connection.
Every good study tries to provide a possible theory (or theories) for the results they encountered. It provides a leaping-off point for future research.
But their article still stands as proof that heterosexual men who self-report a strong distaste for homosexuality may have a tendency to become sexually aroused when presented with visual stimulation of homosexual acts.
Their work has not be disproven.
So you like everything about the study except the part where they say our results may be skewed?

Yeah, you are a pro.

Oh, and I would expect someone with a master's degree to use better English. "Their work has not be disproven." Really?

Try this- Their work has not been disproved.

Pick up a dictionary sometime.

Their data was not skewed by the findings of another group of researchers.

They suggested that there "may be" another explanation for their findings.

After I looked at the work of the other researchers I am of the opinion that a penile reaction due to fear of an electric shock is not the same as a penile reaction due to homoerotic films or pictures.

Why do you have such a problem with this? There are many public figures who have a history of vehemently speaking out against homosexuality, but were then found tapping their toes in public toilets, hiring gay escorts, or having beers at a gay bar.

How do we know you're not another one of "those"? How do we know that any of you regulars aren't some self-loathing, deeply closeted gay or bisexual man?

I think it's an appropriate question.

And finally, I stand by "disproven". It's not like I made up the word. Maybe you haven't heard of "Google". You try looking up the word there.

I don't like the weather when it gets above 65 degrees. To me, that's too hot. And if it gets in the 90s--forget about it.
What part of TN do you prefer? When I lived there 90 was regularly visited in the summer. Nashville and Knoxville. Memphis too, on the few occasions I went.
