Six unlicensed Butte County contractors caught in sting
Six alleged unlicensed contractors from Chico, Oroville, Palermo and Paradise were among those cited after the undercover sting operation "California Blitz" was conducted by the Butte County District Attorney's Office and the Contractors State License Board on Wednesday and Thursday.

And as we drive around Central Caulifornia and witness firsthand the housing construction boom we see the same old problem, the contractors are hiring illegals and not Americans who are begging for work.
Until we start locking up contractors who hire illegals, unemployment will stay high and the illegals will keep on coming.

A more intelligent thing would be to pass a law making it a felony with a five year minimum jail term at a conservation camp for hiring illegals and then start arresting the scum instead of just slapping their hands.
If there aren't any jobs, they won't come!
