It is great to know that this piece of garbage will have a very hard time in CDCR. They will classify him at the reception center with what they call an "R" suffix classification that will follow him throughout his term. All of the inmates will ask for his paperwork and of course the "R" suffix will be on the reports. Inmates hate anyone who has been convicted of molestation.

That may be a man to some people but not to me. He is a child doing what I right for his thinking. He has no concern as to how his actions will effect others including the child he deeply hurt. No amount of punishment will undo the damage to that child. There is help for that child but that is not acceptable today.

This child will carry the memories of the rape and molestation for the rest of her life yet the "it" will only get a maximum of 16 years which we all know will be reduced to less than 8 yrs or even less. So she is the one that ends up doing a lifetime because of his acts.

Why does the legal system call these acts against children molestation, which only lessens the act that was committed? This child was not only raped, probably threatened, put through physical and mental anguish/torture and was held prisoner through his manipulation. That IMO is an act of terrorism.

I have no pity for these monsters. I don't believe that they can ever be rehabilitated and the earth should be cleansed of these monsters.

I pray that the mother gets this little girl into counseling. I applaud the little girl for having the courage to tell an adult.

Well the mother did put her in counseling but it didn't help she didn't want to talk and she has to deal with nightmares of his actions all her life and feel alone and be an ocast to others and she can't trust any one or even her self she doubts her self everyday and feels alone and has to worry about him coming after her as she grows up and never felling safe ever with anyone. One thing you may not now is not the girl he molested was his granddaughter. I know this because I'm the girl and because of that I never believed I'm myself and didn't feel safe in my own house or with my own family.
